Food was exceptional. We had snails for starter: hot, garlicky and well cooked. As good as escargot I’ve had in France. I’ve had badly cooked, snotty snails too, so I know the difference. Bone marrow, and soft shell crabs for main. Delicious, rich and flavoursome. The place itself is small and cosy with a great atmosphere. Make a reservation for a table at the weekends. Service was friendly and welcoming, if not quite up to UK ‘silver service’ levels of attentiveness. The chef/owner checked in on us however. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place, and come back for more next time we’re in Liepaja. Thank you!

Had chance to visit the place this late afternoon. I would say - pretty nice. Authentic ambience, great variety and careful selection of vines, short list for food but really tasteful. Came from Riga and was pleasantly surprised. Wish something similar could be opened in Riga too. Good job guys 👍 Really enjoyed! Thanks!

Service is really nice and welcoming, and their choices of gin are amazing. But it is really overpriced for a city like Liepaja, and portions are small. Keep that in mind before you go there.

This is one of the musts in Liepāja. We finally had a chance to visit this small, yet unique wine bar, and I must say – it's perfect. French vibes, super artistic and stylish, yet cozy. Had good coffee and delicious French red wine. The waiter was also friendly. The music – on point. Really great vibes, cannot emphasize this enough.

Best stake in Latvia 😊 and great wine collection. Just go, sit down and be blown away by food experience. PS. I would recommend to book a table. (everytime you are in Liepaja) 🙂👌

This place is open on weekdays between 16-22. We booked a place the next day at 16.00. When we arrived at the place on the day of the reservation the place was closed, but the local worker waited for us with a letter of apology from the owner and a bottle of wine. We ordered a place again the next day. We arrived on time, but the owner who was there threw us out by saying that the restaurant was invited to a group of 15 people and there was no place. Such places have no right to exist and will soon be bankrupt. It is also what we wish them

Very nice personal and tasty oysters. Very tasteful and cosy atmosphere. Loved it and suggest it! If you go - call before and check if maybe reservation has to be made

I am always about good service! But this time I saw how too much “good service” can be very bad. My friend and I went to the restaurant for lunch. It was around 4.30 pm at Friday. The waiter told me that she is not sure that the kitchen is working. Really? Not sure? At Friday? After we got the table the owner of the restaurant did’t gave us even five minutes to check the menu. He was very intrusive and persistent and didn’t listened, when I declined the snails 3 times and that I asked to give us some time to decide... after one minute he was back and started the same with the drinks pushing us to chose his preferences. The prices are very high. Pasta with shrimps 15 EUR! The pasta was good, but not for that price. My conclusion - this place is overrated. Liepāja is very nice city and you can find lot of some others places to have lunch or dinner.
