Lovely cocktails in a lively Piazza, the owner greeted us like long lost sons. Come here and get about it.

Excellent cocktails, the waiter made us everything we wanted even if it was not on the list. Prices are reasonable compared to Rome and Florence I would say 40% cheaper and yet taste better and more personality, technique and flavour. The menu had a Negroni twist where they had several different negronis, we loved the smoke infused version as seen in the picture, I had x4 happy and tipped as the bill was so far under what you or in Florence 100% recommend

Really unfriendly and disrespectful, our waiter actually treated us differently than all other tables and did not consider us. Long story short: Second time I go there. I already thought it was a bit overpriced for Pisa, but this time we were 3 and we all left angry because of the treatment of the waiter - the big bald one - that got our table. When we talked to his colleague, totally different situation: really calm, helpful and kind. At the end, we tried to express to them this feeling about the overall experiemce, and we basically got a very disrespecful response from the first one (whilst the second actually was being sorry about it). Thanks for the bad energy waiter #1, what goes around comes around :)

Eleven Cafe is absolutely my favourite place in Pisa. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I’ve been coming back for over 5 years. Great cocktail menu and a family run business that has great interactions with their customers. Highly recommend my friends at Eleven.

The best cocktails (Good Vibrations/10) and a great piazza outdoorsy atmosphere! Awesome new (rock music referenced) drinks menu to go with the Jimmy Hendrix-heavy playlist.

A night to remember! Came here with my brother before going to the restaurant next door (Tora Tora, would recommend for excellent pasta). We had the most amazing night. Lovely staff with whom we had a lot of fun, laughed and played cards all evening. Drinks are delicious (and they are very generous), decor is just what you are hoping for, and I couldn't recommend a better place in Pisa to enjoy your night.

Came here on the recommendation of our airBnB host and was not disappointed. My partner had a spritz and I had a gin cocktail with moscato and lime juice, with some other delicious things! We also had the vegetarian appetiser board which was amazing! Great bar staff! Friendly and fast service.

Relaxing bar for aperitivo. Friendly waitress who makes good recommendations. Wine is organic and approx 5e per glass. Good selection of cocktails ranging from 6€ +. This bar is on of many bar and restaurants in this cosy Piazza just steps away from the city.

Lovely bar in a lively plaza. Mostly locals, few tourists and relaxed feeling. Excellent service at pleasant outdoor tables. Yummy apertivo snacks. Negronis were a bit too sweet for our liking, and not chilled enough, BUT the beer was cold and fresh. Would def recommend and return!

Really important stop if you're visiting Pisa, you can drink all types of Negroni here, but also other thousands different cocktail mixed by Valerio, the owner, who's gonna make you love your liquid experience

Lovely bar in a square near the river. Lovely sitting outside in the warm evening. The atmosphere is good as surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Service is friendly and efficient. Prices very reasonable.
