Worst
experience.
We
went
for
buffet
dinner
in
their
restaurant
yesterday
i.e.
06.11.2023
at
around
9.25
p.m.
We
told
the
lady
on
the
counter
our
room
number
as
we
were
staying
in
the
same
hotel.
The
lady
on
the
cash
counter
was
insisting
that
we
pay
for
our
food
first
and
that
they
have
to
close
the
balance
by
10.00
p.m.
I
told
her
we
are
staying
here
only
and
that
she
can
always
enter
my
room
number
and
punch
my
bill.
I
took
the
plate.
She
again
came
to
me
and
said
we
will
have
to
pay
first.
I
told
her
let
us
eat
and
I
will
pay
you
afterwards.
However,
she
kept
standing
there
for
me
to
pay
first.
I
took
out
my
credit
card
and
paid
the
Bill.
I
thought
the
worst
is
over
and
now
I
can
enjoy
my
food.
I
was
so
wrong.
I
took
a
plate
and
went
to
the
buffet
plate.
Most
of
the
bowls
were
either
empty
or
the
food
was
cold.
I
asked
the
restaurant
staff
to
fill
the
bowls.
Nobody
gave
a
hack
about
anything
Since
I
saw
nobody
budging,
I
took
whatever
leftover
was
there
in
the
bowls
and
went
to
the
table.
There
was
no
cutlery
on
the
table.
I
requested
the
staff
for
cutlery.
The
cutlery
came
after
approx
5
mins.
Ideally
the
cutlery
should
have
been
already
placed
on
the
table.
Thereafter
I
requested
this
lady
to
get
some
green
salad.
I
waited
for
approx
20
mins
and
got
it
myself.
Then
I
asked
them
if
I
can
have
a
glass
on
the
table
to
drink
water.
I
got
the
glass
in
another
10
mins.
Finally
I
stood
up
and
called
the
chef
as
restaurant
manager
(in-charge)
was
no
where
to
be
seen.
I
told
him
if
you
can't
give
food
thn
you
should
close
this
buffet.
You
guys
insist
on
paying
first.
And
thn
after
one
has
paid,
you
treat
them
like
rags.
Other
guests
also
were
having
similar
issues.
If
hotel
staff
has
any
doubt,
they
can
always
check
the
footage
of
the
above
said
date
and
time.
My
worst
experience
after
having
paid
so
much.
I
recommend
nobody
to
go
to
this
hotel.
You
enter
the
hotel
and
the
misery
would
start.
Such
unprofessional
bunch
of
people.
