Myself Shailesh Shukla Knowing Diva Eye hospital/Diva Eye institute since last 14 years. Myself and my all family members are taking eye treatment at Diva eye hospital only. We have refer many of our relatives and we have also referred critical cases. All the operations and critical operations are successfully managed and still all are having clear vision without any trouble. The man behind the mission is Respected Dr Shri Dipenbhai Desai. Dr Dipen bhai is great human being and don't have any attitude with patients. All the staff members are very cooperative, very humble. Operation theatre of Diva Eye hospital is high tech on 25th I have been operated very smoothly. When we enter the Operation theatre all are making us in very relaxed mood, we don't know at what time operation is completed. As an when I visited I do believe that this is not hospital, this is a shreenathji haveli. Tha atmosphere is like shreenathji haveli. I pray God for good health of Respected Dipen sir. Next Generation is also very calm cooperative and having high human nature. "Dipak ki jyot jalti rahe aur prasiddhi aasman ko chuye aisi shubhkamnaye".

I wish I could give 0 start. My wife had a RELAX SMILE lasik surgery. She got her glasses back in 2 years!! We spent 1,20,000INR just because the doctor explained us that there will be minimal side effects compared to ordinary Lasik surgery as well as long term results. But within 1 yrs she started experiencing a lot of side effects such as burning, rednessssssss (horrible), dryynesss…. And after 2 nd yr now she’s having trouble reading far away /watching TV!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I have been going to Diva since a long time. There's long waiting even if you have taken appointment and reach on time. Unfortunately, their quality of service has decreased.Dr. Dipen is an expert in his field. However, lately I felt that they are more into getting business. I had no problem either with vision or anything. They asked me to do cataract surgery immediately which could have been done later also. Since my surgery, my right eye always felt little foggy. Within one year, I had to start wearing specs. I suggest always have a second opinion from another doc before going for any surgery. I regret trusting them completely.

My treatment at Diva Eye Institute was a colossal disappointment. The ongoing hospital inspection should not excuse the blatant disregard for appointment extensions. Despite clearly stating my availability, the institute failed to accommodate, attributing it to the inspection. This, in my view, is a violation of patient trust. The prescribed eye drops, crucial for the scheduled appointment, are now wasted. It appears the hospital prioritized hiding issues from inspectors over patient care. This has rendered my entire treatment at Diva ineffective and disappointing. The lack of consideration for patients' time and well-being is unacceptable. My confidence in Diva Eye Institute has been shattered, and I implore them to rectify these issues promptly.
