Very Untrustworthy Tour Operators - Bogus people I would like to share my disappointing experience with Olivel Tours for my recent trip to DUBAI with my family. I am going to state the chain of events and let the readers come to a Conclusion about their trustworthiness and their level of Service. I believe their 4 star rating in Google review is botched up with their own staff and people I sought the services of Olivel Tours based on their Google review for my family dubai trip. I booked it from overseas. I confirmed the itinery then paid and booked the tour Program six month ago. The following things happened leading up to the trip and in the trip. The tour booking Manager left the company just before the trip, no communication about this from Olivel Two day before the trip I called and confirmed with a Olivel staff about our tour Itinery and he replied that everything has been confirmed and organised. It was a blatant lie. First thing we experienced when we landed in Dubai was that, there was no Airport transfer organised. The staff who confirmed the Itinery two day ago was not present in Chennai office on that day when we tried to get hold of Olivel from Dubai. He was missing with his phone switched off. Luckily some other Olivel staff responded and asked us to wait in airport .We were waiting in Airport for 2 hours with family, after 2 hrs they asked us to catch a cab to hotel. When we expressed our disappointment somehow they managed to send a transfer to airport after 2 hours. This is frustrating start to the tour. Second thing is that we requested for Private transfers for attractions, but from day one but Olivel sent a group transfer vehicle and pressured us to take it in the last minute. We hesitantly agreed for one way but refused to take it on the way back, so they had to organise private transfer on the way back. There was a back and forth communication happening between us and Olivel Local liason which was frustrating while we are supposed to enjoy the tour peacefully. We came to know from Olivel local Liason that our Itinery was not shared with them by Olivel Chennai even after they had plenty of time and after follow ups from our end. Olivel Director and Olivel Local Liason in Dubai are untrustworthy people. They don’t provide the service which they promise while booking the Itinery. Please be careful while booking their tour packages. They will lie and give pressure to customers in the last minute during trip. You will not have peaceful family trip and will always under pressure that something unexpected will be thrown at you at some point in the trip. Olivel Local Liaison in Dubai blatantly lies and try to make money of us whenever he can and he is a untrustworthy person Olivel Director is useless in his promises and not a trustworthy person. He say one thing to us and secretly ask the tour operator to pressure us in taking things. Olivel Tour operators are a sham/Bogus !! Please avoid at all costs!!!

I’d highly recommend olivel tours for international trip. I booked a honeymoon trip 4 nights/5 days trip for Maldives at Oblu xperience Ailafushi resort. Veena did an excellent job in arranging everything completely with no intervention. Since I was abroad , just with a WhatsApp call Veena ensured everything was arranged. She tailored a trip for us exactly as we wanted. Oblu xperience Ailafushi resort gave us an amazing experience. Their water villa and ocean villa experience is a must try and much more. I have booked Maldives tour with olivel tours they guided us all throughout the process.Everything went well ,till we reached there.We were told that , Non-motorised activities are complimentary in our package .But,island authorities denied it.At last,we paid for all of them. Worst of all, Mr.Yusuf (olivel tour co ordinator) didn't responded till the tour gets over . Disappointed with their attitude.Being a travel agency,they should update themselves about what's happening over the tourist places .They are blindly giving deals,which make us spend more. I never gave a negative reviews . You should not make a Promise which you can't do

Professionalism, Communication, Transparency, and Customer Satisfaction. This is my first international travel with my Wife. Started to do round of Research on the Travel Agencies (close to 11) and after meeting 3 teams in person, finally went with Olivel Tours. Right from the first meet, one word i would strongly say about Olivel Team is TRANSPARENCY. They are pretty much open about their rates, services and suggested few fantastic Resorts in Maldives for Best Price in the Market. I would strongly recommend my Friends to go with Olivel Tours for their TRANSPARENT approach, LOWEST PRICE for each Iternary among the competitors. Post my confirmation, i booked flight tickets via Chennai - Cochin - Male and return via Male - Bangalore - Chennai and then i paid my Initial advance or i would rather say a token advance because it was not even a reasonable percentage from my Iternary ( which was the least among the competitors) , we had nearly a month gap for my travel. Just few days before my travel, they called and reminded about the final payment ( the travel date was not far away from my Final payment date ) . Post my final payment date, with most Travel agents we have to follow up once we paid the total amount, but Mr.Sarath and everyone from Olivel Tours regularly followed up regarding the Flight details, Documents to carry, Web Check-in details, Point of Contact in Maldives airport etc. Also a point to note here is, I have booked Flight tickets on my own as i had card offers, but still the Ticketing team guided me regarding the Travel documents and also provided support while returning from Maldives by making my travel documents ready and sent me a day before travel. Mr. Sarath ensured we are on schedule and we have boarded the connecting flights correctly by regularly checking up on us through Whatsapp / Phone Calls. During out stay also he called us regularly and checked whether we are comfortable with the Stay, Food and Services provided by the Resort. The resort cancelled few honeymoon freebies due to Weather issues and same i have conveyed to Mr.Sarath during the stay, while returning from the Resort we a given a wonderful SURPRISE at the resort which was arranged by Mr.Sarath and team as he ensured we left the Resort in a positive note and satisfied. I guess no other Travel agent will look into Client Satisfaction to this extent. We went for a 4N/5D vacation for Maldives. We done over research regarding the resorts at Maldives before booking and finally we decided to book through travel agency Olivel tours was the best as per our budget. Veena from Olivel assisted us in all the aspects which were really helpful. She booked for VARU by atmosphere resort for us 2N - beach villa with pool 2N - watervilla with pool. Pros: Service was good Food-You can enjoy all types of cuisines. We need to mention all our plans or activities on the first day at reception. So, that they will make arrangements accordingly. Cons: Crabs and bugs will be there at sea it's unavoidable. Water villa with pool was not as we expected. Less probability to get complete ocean view villa. Overall our experience with Olivel Tours was Good and special thanks to Veena for making our trip most memorable. 🙂

My wife and I planned our recent vacation with Shivani Sharma(International Travel Consultant) from The Olivel Tours Company. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Maldives, Shivani handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! Mohammad was our resort ambassador. He gave us his phone number upon check-in and stayed in communication with us via text message throughout our stay to book dinner reservations, answer questions, and even helped me plan a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my wife on our Anniversary! While we were at dinner, he surprised both my wife and me by decorating our room with balloons and leaving Anniversary cake! We were a bit nervous about what to expect in regards to traveling internationally during Covid.
