I've been here many times, major drawback is people working over there can't understand kannada( *as of now only one person is local guy) rest all are not from Karnataka hence it's bit difficult to communicate to them and always they keep playing Hindi songs.

Like the service, it is clean and higinic, people who work here are very skilled, week days would be perfect to visited because their will be less waiting.
