Stayed here for a week, had a good time here. You can always see the staff's here smiling and their room service is good. The car parking will be provided by the securities here. They'll park and drop the car whenever you ask them. Rooftop dining hall is good -- My breakfast was there. I was also lucky to have a wifi extender just above my room. So another benefit - There is cafe in the ground floor--Pandhal -- really good. And SYLCON supermarket(saved my week) is just 30 meters away from the building .. you can buy food at low cost from there. So overall I had a cost effective great week.

The staff was the friendliest I've ever met at a hotel. They were always welcoming and inquired about our stay each time we entered the building. They were able to suggest restaurants for any food we required as well. Mr. Edward, the manager, is a kind and helpful person. I suggest using this hotel for business travel and for crew members of ships.

Its been a 3 days workshop we conducted for the young talented Physiotherapists at Kochi. The hotel is very clean, well arranged, the food, the service and especially the staff’s behaviour is excellent. One of our best accommodation in our 1.5 months in India! This place was incredible! The room was so clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning kept the room cool, and the fridge and kettle were helpful. All the staff were so so friendly and helpful! They did so much to help us out and make our stay in Cochin easy. Breakfast on the roof is a delicious mix of Indian and Western food. They have free laundry machines available to use (probably the cleanest laundry room I've ever seen). The connected cafe/restaurant serves great international food. Also, the hotel provides free drinking water in reusable glass bottles which reduces plastic garbage which is great! Overall, such a wonderful place to stay in Cochin!

Great location, room was cleaned and Wi-Fi worked fine - although a bit slow. Location is just perfect. Staff is the most friendly staff I have encountered in Kerala so far. Housekeepers are saying hello, front desk staff was great too from check-in to check-out. I’ll come back for sure. Nice coffee shop at the entrance with good latte!

Fantastic Hotel with a Japan theme. Rooms in the Niko hotels are clean and tidy. The staff are courteous and most facilities are self-serving. It makes your stay easy. You have Sylcon Supermarket opposite to the hotel where you can pick up your necessary items.

Niko is easily accessible to all and it provides a homely feel. The roof top dinning gives us a good vibe and it provides a scenic beauty of ernakulam. The indoor plants are nice and beautifully arranged. In case of cleanliness i rate 5 star for this. The panthal restaurant at the ground floor was good enough to spend the evenings with our families. The skilled use of indoors and outdoor plants bringing a stunning aesthetic appeal.

Neat, clean, tidy rooms & washrooms. friendly staff. They helped me get medicines, when I was not keeping well. Good budget hotel - breakfast buffet is minimal but, nice. I had asked for no onion no garlic options, but, that was not possible. For lunch & dinner, one can order from out. Uber cabs are easily available - it might take up to 10mins to reach as hotel is a bit inside, but, else all good… 👍👍

The staff are very friendly and respectful the rooms are very clean and you feel secure with the 3 locks on the door. The rooms are air conditioned and have a fan for air flow. The beds are soft and cozy. Hot water came out of the taps and the linens were crisp and clean. Ajisha went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed at breakfast time on their rooftop terrace. Fresh fruit. Local breakfast offering and a delicious cup of chai fresh to order. The hotel is located in a good area close to great shopping and restaurants

Stayed at Niko Hotel a few months ago. It is a quaint little property in a nice quiet location. But the sheets were visibly stained. The general level of hygiene was substandard at best. The cutlery was unwashed when I went up for breakfast and lunch. Worst of all, the property manager was clueless, indifferent and unapologetic when informed of the lack of cleanliness and poor standards of service. He responded by shaking his head as if to say "no problem, it's okay!" The only bright side of my stay was the nice cafe adjoining the hotel. Other than that, I have warned my friends and family not to pick this place.

A very pleasant, contemporary budget hotel. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Good customer service. Friendly staff. Delicious buffet breakfast is complimentary. Dinner and lunch can be ordered as per the menu. Would definitely suggest for family accommodation.

I could go on and on about this gem. It's CLEAN, staff is very thoughtful, professional, happy and friendly. SAFE. Awesome cafe downstairs, super filling breakfast in the roof top. Let me save CLEAN AGAIN. I keep going back here whenever I need a peaceful quiet clean place to take a timeout or to focus on my work.

The restaurant's ambiance was truly exceptional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience. Soft, dimmed lighting .The garden and plants near the outdoor seating area makes it very appealing .

Breakfast is okay okay. Not many options. I was surprised to hear from them that they don't have Idli for breakfast. Very disappointed with the breakfast and they don't keep packaged drinking water in the room. They keep RO water.

It's a great place to stay. It's clean and the services were excellent. It's a four star hotel with friendly staff and good service. It's worth the money I paid. If I have to find a negative point, then it would be the size of the TV. TV is like 21 inch. Otherwise, the hotel is good for family. There is a bakery attached to this hotel which is good too. Opposite to the hotel there is a super market too. Over all It's really good.

Even though Amenities are just above average, staffs are really helpful and understanding. Much appreciation deserved by each of them.

Hotel was too good! The breakfast area on the rooftop is awesome, Rooms are perfect and well maintained, you can talk with friends in the 4th floor!!! One minus point is that in my room sometimes the flush was not working!!! But it will start working after some time. Except that every thing is fine and good and hotel employes are awesome and so friendly ...

Room was neat and clean initially, but bathroom had a leak and was flooded throughout our stay for a day. Had raised it with reception 3 times with no response. Plug points in the room was not working. Had to unplug the tv to charge mobiles. Asked for a water refill, the stopper of the bottle was broken..no response to the request to change. Luckily, stay was only for one night; else would have really been in a fix.

The room was not at all to the mark... There are other 4star hotels like Coral that offers premium rooms with similar price range. The room was neat n tidey but with a little local setup. The cupboard was very messed up and the room too small. The service was good and they have pandal shop at the ground floor.

My stay at NIKO HOTEL with my daughter was very good. Being ex Japanese Company employee I have thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese culture being implemented in the hotel in its decor, linen, amenities and furnitures were having soothing effect on us. The staffs of the hotel were very polite and helpful and at the same time smiling. The breakfast at the roof top was an experience which we don’t forget. The ambience was so nice and cooling. The staffs were so welcoming and happy to serve us.
