We had a super break here. There is great attention to detail to make your stay perfect. The welcome and check out were warm and friendly. Food and wine were delicious. Spa Centre was very clean and well-appointed. Lovely breakfast, comfortable beds. What more do you need?

Beautiful hotel, located in a forest and next to the river, 10 minutes walking from the city. Personally, I liked everything. The staff is very polite and helpful. The outside pool have very clean water and it's big enough for the guests. Food in the restaurant is very tasty, but if you don't have included meals, just be informed, prices are little above average. Its worth it. Also because the river is close, in summer, you will find a lot and big mosquitos outside the hotel. Be prepared. Definitely I recommend.

Great place to be, clean, cozy, normal prices. We had breakfast and dinner, breakfast was excellent, dinner was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good too. We definitely recommend it!

Very nice hotel with an exterior swimming pool that was the favourite of our kids. Good food also! There is a private parking place, spacious and safe. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor (there is elevator in the hotel) with pool view. Balconies on both rooms. The rooms were spacious, very clean. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The breakfast had a lot of food varieties (boiled and fried eggs, omelette, sausages, some traditional Bulgarian meatballs, cheese, pastrami, salami, yogurt, vegetables, fruits, cakes, pancakes etc). We took a half board package so we had also dinner at the hotels restaurant. You can choose each of the courses (appetisers, main course, dessert) from a pre defined list with many options. Portions are very big, we couldn't finished all. There is also a small playground for the little ones. I totally recommend this hotel.

I only saw the swimming pool. It was fine, but there were too many people and children which is quite normal for such good place.

Super friendly and helpful staff, room was not super big but clean and cozy. Water in the pool will be great in the summer, it was just a little cold at the beginning of June. We will definitely visit again.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and neat. I really liked the food. And the pool is quite spacious and pleasant.

Highly recommend! The room was great with view of Tsarevets! The rooms are modern and cozy. It is a quiet place in the forest.

Best hotel in Veliko Tarnovo hands down. Clean, good food and great service. The manager Elena speaks a perfect English and was very professional with us.

Mixed bag of experience for us. We stayed at an apartment which was smelling of cigarettes, the hair dryer was not working and the carpets were full of dust. The attention to basic details from the room cleaning was not present as we also had no shampoo in the dispenser. Upon flagging this to the reception, we received 2 small shampoo bottels. The reception was however friendly but the pictures and reviews do not match our room and experience. It felt more like a 1.5 star hotel hence not the value for money. The so called SPA was full of people as it was super small and not exactly a spa but collection of two used up jacuzzi’s , sauna and steam bath in a cellar room. Breakfast was okay basic, nothing wow. Dinner in their restaurant was tasty and delivered quickly. Overall however I’d not be able to recommend this hotel.
