The hotel offers a great view... and that's most of all! Here is the aftermath: CONS: The breakfast is funny (on Sundays they have nothing left after 8AM!) - no variety of Joghurts; no vegetables (only cucumbers and tasteless tomatoes); the ham is the cheapest possible; the boiled eggs are from the fridge, boiled from the previous day; no variety of breads; no gluten-free options; forget about labels with explanations - if you're not native, I can't imagine you'd manage. PROS: Great view and placed strategically in the old-town-center. Incredibly good massage service. Good fitness (most of the time completely empty, just keep in mind the working hours! From 10AM till 20PM). The restaurant is acceptable.

Reviews are lies. Is impossible slip. Te noise is horrible all night. The noise by highway, the train are constantly all time. The recepcionist is rude and unfriendly. She tell me any room in this hotel was quiet. Rooms are from 60's. We has two nighs reserved. The first nigh at seven in the morning we left the hotel. Incredible.

Terrible food, unfriendly staff on the reception, electric charging station only for the guests and although in a public parking lot, not signposted! I lost 20 minutes trying to charge my car without success.

my experience was terrific because i found in the last day, a live scorpion in shower… was terrific, i was traveling with 2 little kids… horrific… an the stuff was laughing about it…

The food is very good and if you are there on a Saturday night you can enjoy the Sound and Light Show from Tsarevets ( but make a reservation for the table)

The room is ok, most likely 3 stars, than 4 stars. But is spacious. The SPA is ugly. Restaurant is ugly.

The rooms are big, the view is mind blowing, service is good and breakfast is ok. The location is excellent. There are two problems - the parking lot is 500 meters away and the toilets are stinking.

We used the restaurant of the hotel, to order pasta, I asked about its contents. She told us it was bacon, but she didn't say it was pork, so I didn't ask. When I brought the pasta, I realized it was pork and said I couldn't eat it. the waiter rudely said you have to pay because you didn't say it. I said I did not know that I was a tourist and insisted that I have to pay the bill. Their approach to customers is never humane. A place that I will never go to again in a touristic place.

Food was good. Waitress was cold and didn't acknowledge thank you.

Hotel with luxury rooms. The city is very picturesque and the surroundings places are wonderful. I was here only for 2 days, but I will stay here every time I go to Veliko Tanovo.
