One
of
the
typical
examples
of
communist
style
grandeur
in
architecture,
the
place
looks
like
a
crazy
architect's
dream
that
came
true
in
the
form
of
epic
quantities
of
concrete.
Unfortunately,
the
place
suffers
from
VERY
poor
management.
They
don't
seem
to
realize
what
reality
is:
most
of
the
hotel
and
surrounding
facilities
are
in
very
poor
condition,
still
the
prices
are
very
high.
The
room
per
night
price
is
probably
highest
in
the
city,
and
still
you
have
to
pay
for
everything
extra:
parking,
coffee
(awful),
etc.
Would
not
make
the
mistake
to
visit
it
again.
Needs
a
completely
new
management
and
policies
in
order
to
become
as
grand
and
epic
as
it
was
designed
to
be.
Has
the
potential
to
be
a
top-destination,
but
only
potential
so
far.
