People working here are professionally well trained. Makeup for my reception done by them. Gomathi is just a cool person and make over done by her was just amazing. Looked great in the event as well as in the video's & pics. Very well done her job. Staffs around there are very cool. I loved my event just because of them. Highly recommended for any event.

The staff who was with me seemed ill trained and made quite a mess with the strips. Also, mid-way the strips got over and there was only one wax machine functional. The wax was probably outdated because I got red rashes and slight swelling after the procedure. On the whole a complete let down. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Today I went for a hair cut and shave, welcome was good, hair cut is better and shave its not that good. They didnt do after shave or didnt ask about it. Hope the hair stylist have less experience I believe, else they would have asked more after my hair cut and shave. Not so appericate salon in this area.

I have visited so many salons in different cities, but the Raana's luxury salon impressed me with their style of work ... They are perfectly unique because of their passionate workers with clean & hygienic products they are using for the customers to fullfill their need which makes me to revisit and be a member of them ....

I had a worst experience. I went for doing a hair style. There was Ac in the shop. But they're not putting on. Fan also not switched on. For hairstyling they don't have any gel, hairspray or anything.when asked they told their owner mam went for a programme with all those things. Styling was not satisfactory without all these. Very unhappy. And also they charged an extra high amount for the styling done. Very unfair. Will not go there anymore.

Poor service. Eyebrows shape was ruined. She removed a hair in the center by mistake and she was not ready to accept that and was trying to convince.

The person who did the service was good. However the three stars is for the over promising management . When I called I was told there would be services happening simultaneous and so I could expect to be done in 2.5 hrs or 3 However there was only one person and it took almost 5 hrs. I would rather they told me it's only one person and therefore it would take longer. To the manager - do not over promise and under deliver!

I went there for a simple haircut. The stylist did so much sweet talking and asked me to do facial and quoted me an amount. While doing facial, he said he is doing additional mask and didn’t tell anything about price. At the end, the final bill became double of what we discussed at the beginning. I was not at all satisfied but if this is what their intention was, I wouldn’t have entertained and I don’t suggest this place. If at all you are going, specially ask the rates and then decide what to do!

I went here for golden facial.but the result is just face washed.after facial they did not clean the mask properly.wast of time and money.Home service peoples are doing better than this.

Eyebrows threading was not done properly for two of us on the same day. Could have been handled better and responded in a better way.
