After the renovation (Nov 2009) and renamed from Ambal theatre to Sri Ambal Cine Park, this is Good. Decent Theatre, there is no Online Booking for this, only in queue we need to stand and take the ticket for daily shows. Ticket prices are normal. Parking area is good and it is normal cost. But during blockbuster films or any big actors films it will be too congested. Recently they are not taking any Fans shows or FDFS shows. Normal shows starts at 10.30AM and followed by 4 shows. It is exactly located in Tiruchi road after the Singanullur signal next to Ramraj Showroom. Theatre sound system, Screen is good but inside seat places walls all not cleaned properly and having small washroom not maintained properly.

The movie theater is very nice. It's interior is beautiful. The staff are polite. The place is neat and clean on the inside. The atmosphere is well maintained. Even though it has a huge parking space, it lacks the proper parking. So it is difficult to park the vehicles. But as mentioned above it's a nice theater to plan for a movie.

As they are shown on a small screen, Tamil movies are best to watch instead of English films. Parking can be a major problem, so get to the theater early. There are good sound effects and this is a great place for Tamil film fans. Additionally, ticket prices are much lower than at other theaters in Coimbatore. There is also a smaller price for snacks. I wouldn't recommend it as a family theatre experience. The perfect place to watch movies with friends

This ambal theatre is there even before by birth. Almost 45 years old theatre which was a normal one as B centre release theatre and became A centre one... I appreciate their business longevity Theatre cinema experience is good to watch with decent sound effects .. The seating is okay as it is an old style theatre.. Only thing disturbs is that toilet hygiene .. It is very bad to say where drunken persons have vomited in commodes..Theatre administration needs to take care of it . otherwise it is an age old theater with renovated screens..

One of the oldest theatres in coimbatore right from black&white movies period . Modified 8years back. And started releasing latest movies . Economical . air-conditioned and good screen quality . Only problem. Mostly loafers and drunkards come often and spoil the theatre atmosphere. Otherwise it would be good movie watching experience.

Good to watch Tamil movies not English as they are played in small screen. Parking is huge trouble there get early as possible. Sound effects are good and those who enjoy Tamil films this place is best. Rate of ticket is also very less when compare to other theatres in Coimbatore. Snacks is also less price. Worst theatre for 3D. You couldnt see any 3d effect. Not switching ON AC

Best place for a local theatre experience. The video and audio experience is on par with any other multiplex, except for the cleanliness. If you have a sudden plan for a film and no booking, worry not as ticket availability is always there.

Bitter experience...this would be my first and last visit here and am really sorry to say that this place is not worth paying for spending a quality time here. A/C is just for the namesake i hope so. The ambience is really suffocating that you would be busy making yourself cooler than watching the movie. Also the audio quality is not so good.The worst part is that the manager is more keen on asking you to go to some other theatre rather than accepting the customers complaints. Though there are good and worse theatres than this we can compromise the prices but we can not do that here.

In other places Tickets rate have gone to the sky . but Yet a normal class people can offered to watch a movie with their friends or family with a budget. And it was available at a easy reach to the new commers also a hassle free experience with their sound and screen technology

Ac theater, ac not effective. Tickets price is 110 for second class and 118 for first class. Parking is limited. Sound quality is poor. Not worth to pay 120 for movies here.
