UPDATED REVIEW 12/2020: I have been contacted by many people about my original review and thought to update. This clinic insisted that my hair loss was irreversible and hair transplantation was my only solution. Guess what? After 8 months of using minoxidil 10% and finasteride 1MG at home along with a derma-roller, I have regrown my hairline to 80% of the original hair and have a strong hairline now! Dr. Bharati and this clinic LIED to me. They prey on the insecurities of people and lie to them to get them to do a hair transplant. Hair transplantation should always be a last resort and not a first line of treatment! If this clinic tells you you cannot regrow your hair, leave immediately! I did it by myself and saved lakhs of rupees. So happy I went to other clinics that did not lie to me and put me on the right treatment to fix my hair loss affordably and non-invasively. ORIGINAL REVIEW 03/2020: I have had a very disturbing experience with this facility which is not operating in line with Indian law pertaining to healthcare and patient rights. I would like to warn all people considering treatment here to strongly think twice and reconsider. Take your hair transplant seriously and watch out for this place! The consultation here felt more like a sales pitch than a medical evaluation. I consulted with DHI Coimbatore on 31-01-2020 with a dermatologist named Dr. Bharati. She was professional albeit a bit insulting in her nature of speech and aggressive and condescending towards me as the patient as she behaved as if she bears all of the knowledge and that I know nothing as the patient. She did a scalp analysis with a machine and took photographs of my scalp showing hair follicle density and also of me. I was told that my hair loss on the front was irreversible and hair transplantation was the only option to restore my hairline which I felt was not true. After the consultation, I discussed pricing with the Managing Director. I was given a quote of 2,55,000 rupees plus 18% GST for a DHI session involving a transplant of 2,500-3,000 follicles. VERY HIGH! Note that DHI removes single follicles of hair for transplant and does not work with grafts which excise a hair shaft containing 1-4 hair follicles. I was told that this converts to about 1,000-1,200 grafts in an FUE hair transplant procedure. A VERY HIGH PRICE FOR INDIA! I asked for a brochure detailing pricing in a transparent way and was refused any proof of pricing in a transparent way. During the consultation session, I was also shown many 'before and after' photographs of patients that this clinic has worked on and I imagine without their consent. The thing that stuck out to me the most was that 70% of the after pictures I was shown looked "pluggy." If you do research on hair transplantation, a natural hairline is supposed to have hair shafts with 2 and sometimes even 3 and 4 follicles coming out of a single shaft. The DHI method only implants single follicles, which they claim to be better (without any scientific backing) and when doing a hairline reconstruction at the front of the hair, the results look like the person has hair plugs which is a sign of a bad hair transplant. The photos on DHI's website and advertising are not the results produced by this clinic in Coimbatore which has only been in operation since 2018. They have a rotating team of surgeons so there is no way to know which surgeon produced which results to make the best choice for yourself. This clinic is violating Indian Patient Rights Law. They are refusing to give me the photographs and medical evaluation records because they don't want me to go to a competitor for a second evaluation. I am pretty sure they lied in my consultation and that is why. I have been politely and patiently trying to resolve this issue by calling to speak with the Managing Director for two weeks now and I have not had any phone calls returned. I have attached proof that I did come here as a potential client and am not writing a negative review as a competitor.

I contacted DHI in 2020 for beard transplant. I asked for the basic pricing so that i could get an idea whether to do the transplant here or elsewhere. For this they charged 300 as consultation fee to just inform that single hair strand costs 90 INR and the final price of the transplant to be 75k INR which I found costly. Now in March 2021 I received text message from them stating that they are offering 30%discount on all treatments. When contacted they said that price is actually 1,20,000+ tax , the 75 k is actually discounted price. Just to lure the customers they are providing false advertisements. And also they asked me to come and show the text message in person and the person who spoke to me was kind of rude. Why can't they just say it in phone for showing this message i have to travel and again pay 300 consultation fees. Seriously go for other healthcare hospitals if you want better pricing and better treatment.

I have taken a PRP session at DHI Coimbatore last week. The place is very neat and clean. The staffs were very courteous.. Mr. Tibin has done the procedure very professionally with always a smile in his face. I have not at all felt a pinch of pain or discomfort and the way he did the procedure was extremely impressive and amazing PRP. Never ever before had such an amazing PRP treatment anywhere.. He is so responsive and explained everything nicely....I would strongly recommend DHI Coimbatore for all hair problems, especially for PRP

No doubt DHI Coimbatore is the best clinic for hair transplant in Coimbatore. The DHI doctor and staff patiently answered all my queries regarding pain before doing hair transplant. I consulted many other clinics but DHI hair transplant technique is advanced as compared to others, that’s why they are premium in cost and results are outstanding. I call this hair transplant surgery as a positive turn out in my life and I highly recommend consulting DHI Coimbatore.

Neat clinic. The way the staff handle the patient was good. I took PRP, after third sitting the result was good. PRP was handled by Dr.Tibin. He will take care of the patients after the PRP also, if we need any help or suggestions he will there for us at any time. Waiting for the fourth sitting outcome.
