They are giving very bad service and I bought a fridge and washing machine. Samsung fridge came by damage product. they will take to replace the product for 1 month. please compare the price in other showroom in this place they are selling product without our knowledge. The giving the product like your gift but their charging for that gift product also. so please don't buy a product from vasanth and co in any other showroom I am very disappointed with their servicing. There is no customer service. And they are not giving bill paper to you before your payment.I strongly recommended you to don't buy any product in this vasanth and co showrooms. Vasanth &co is very familiar and famous name in tamil nadu. It is located in ambattur to avadi road next to hotel tiruvizha and Essvee hospital. It has various collections of electronic appliances like, tv, washing machine, fridge, etc. Doesn't have a parking lot need to park in front of the shop.

yesterday i went to vasanth & co, ambattur branch to purchase wet grinder. Very worst staff behavior in billing section of 2nd floor. so i leaved after choosing the grinder. It was very very bad experience in my life.

Poor service by the staff. No intention of selling the product to the customer. They think if customer needs they will buy. For this type of service better the company can maintain a open window shopping, where customer will come and buy as per the price tag. I forget to mention the branch. It is located in ambattur. Anyway vasanth & co is everywhere same only. This is the reason people are buying online product instead of direct shopping. First educate the staff to treat the customer well.

Can't rate less than 1. Very worst service and delivery. All time worst experience. High hidden charges and Ac installation fee is Rs.2000. And the staff didn't tell anything about all the charges. No more purchase from vasanth & co.

I can't give less than 1 very worst service. They are act like anything to sell their products, once you bought a product here they won't provide service and won't respond properly they are simply passing days without service.

The customer service they provide us is very poor and pathetic, they concentrate only till the products are sold and later on they don't care about them. Now that online shopping is booming around and If this kind of service continues, for sure Vasanth & Co will lose its legacy and value in the Market.
