Very good clothing store. One of the oldest shops in Kottayam. All varieties of clothes available for entire family. Good helpful staff ensures good shopping experience. Pricing is on a little higher side when compared with other options including online stores. Trial rooms available. Parking facility, rest room available.

The employee assisting us was disinterested and had very little knowledge about what was available in the store. He straightaway informed us that the item we were looking for was unavailable and while glancing through other items, I found exactly what I was looking for. I found the price to be a little heavier on the pockets as well, for starters, the two wheeler parking has a compulsory Rs500/ deposit that is usually returned after shopping (not sure what they accomplish) All in all, I wasn't impressed at all.

Totally a confusing store, you can't easily search here, sizes and types of dress are mixed and kept in different different places, they have got good infra but poorly managed. Staff not that professional and supportive. Need more trainings, And I didn't see any big collection of variety clothes or if they have.. not in display. So in general we can say not a super store for cloths, just like any other shops around and highly priced. Parking is quite bad and follow an illegal way, will take ₹500 on parking and will be refunded on purchase bill, so forcing to buy something if you park there.

A very good spot for sarees. All types of sarees are available in all ranges. The gents staffs are more helpful than ladies staffs, helps in showing sarees that suits us. Kids section is not up to as that of sarees. Thanks to Mrs Beena kannan to this wonderful collection of sarees

One of the largest textile shop in kottayam town with almost all type of brand collections and other options for kids, ladies, gents etc. Parking is available in basement and other areas. All you have to do is a payment of 500 rs at parking area. Which will be reimbursed from the shop.

Good collection of clothes. But the staffs are not supportive and so inactive in the kids sections. Lot of collections in the mens section. Great sarees and churidar. Branded shirts and tshirts are available at mens section .brands like Levi’s, Louis Philippe , Otto etc .

The worst service I have ever seen. In a textile store. NO good employees, none of the employees has any idea about the products available in their own section. The employees were making jocks of the customers when they move away from that section to another section. I was witness it. The customer service is really worst. Even the employees were not welcoming. These stores should really look into the customer satisfaction. Which is really lacking on this particular location. I was here selecting dress for my family for my wedding, due to lack of knowledge for the employees I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Except the coffee cafe everything was nice. Low price compared to other top class shops.... Customer friendly

One of the famous garments shop in Kottayam. Collections are pretty good and staffs are friendly too. Often crowded, especially during festival seasons. They have few parking arrangements and easily accessible by buses.

One of the oldest cloth store in Kottayam town.. wide range of cloths, good service by the staff, good parking space.. fresh and new variety of cloths available .. located in the heart of the town.. easily visible from the main road with easy access to the premises. Only problem is the road in front is open for only one-way traffic, which create little problem to the customers

This place is best if you are looking for bridal and party sarees.Also there are vast collection of party wears. The worst part of shopping here is that if any one wants to park vehicles like car or bike first you must pay 500 rs as parking fee ,which is very huge as compared to other shops. Though this money will be deducted from the bill amount, it forces the customer to buy something to get the cash back. Also the price of each item is very high as compared to other textiles.

Huge store which could have managed better. Dresses are not properly arranged for display and it is totally messed up. Even for highly price tagged branded items also, we could see rejectable pieces like improper pockets stitched, pocket is not aligned, etc. Staff seems to be rush and we will have a feeling of they are forcing us to make our choices as quick as possible
