My experience at this place had several issues: 1. **Breakfast and Hi-Tea**: The breakfast options were limited, and despite promises made during booking, we didn't receive the promised hi-tea. Also, they mentioned snacks before dinner required pre-ordering due to staff shortage, which impacted our experience. 2. **Food Quality**: The vegetarian thali served was average, and despite requesting multiple times, the roti and vegetables were served cold. 3. **Disappointing Specialties**: As vegetarians, we came mainly for solkadhi and modak, but they were served in small quantities after repeated requests due to chefs being absent at a wedding. Additionally, a promised New Year's cultural program turned out to be a short, uninteresting singer performance. 4. **Room Conditions**: While the rooms were decent, the washrooms were not clean, and the blankets had a bad odor. 5. **Water Pressure and Unwanted Guests**: There was no water pressure in the bathrooms, and we encountered a few lizards inside the villa, which was particularly unsettling for the female guests. 6. **Property Attributes**: Despite the villa being spacious and having a nice location, it requires significant improvement. Also, it's quite far from Guhagar beach, about 25-30 minutes away. The only positive aspect was their recommendation for a Crocodile ride, which was enjoyable. However, considering the high cost of 60k for 2 nights, the overall experience was disappointing. It's hard for me to recommend or consider revisiting this place due to the numerous service and facility shortcomings.

We went be did not eat as there was very limited menu. Restaurant seems new so might not be full operational. Host is welcoming. Place is clean. Parking available. Beautiful place.

If you are looking for a calm and quite place with lot of greenery around you then this is the place you should visit. Though they have kept all basic amenities intact, certain things they have deliberately avoided like TV, Games etc which is good part as the families and friends can spend time with each other. The owner has taken a special interest in developing the property. The place is really quite and calm. The food is good too. You will get authentic food here like Konkan speciality- fish, chicken etc based on the pre booking you do. Same goes for breakfast, they have options like Upma, Poha, Bread toast, Omlette etc. The best part about the food is that if you are a Mango lover, you will get mango pulp (Aamras) which is made from organic mangoes without any preservatives which are grown in their farm.. It is really authentic & you will experience this from first bite. They truly give you Aamras experience for 365 days as they have stored it in deep freezer and serve to their guests as & when required. Overall very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are 4 types of Villas & as per your requirements they allot it. It's good for family stayover.. The view from rooms rejuvenites you. Huge shoutout to Mr. Shirke who took us for a small tour nearby and explained his long run vision and the concept of Green Echo Tourism Park..

Green Echo Tourism Park... We visited this lovely place on 21-May-2022 and 22-May2022. It was an awesome experience. The place is so beautifully developed and maintained by Mr Dilip Shirke and his brother that we cannot express our experience in words. Everything, starting from stay to the food served was so nice and tasty that we would love to visit the site in future very frequently. The villa where we stayed had very nice views from all the sides. View from room, view from balcony on second floor. You will experience the natural ambience from photos I have uploaded here. Special thanks to Mr. Dilip Shirke for giving us his time to explain the theme about Green Echo Tourism Park and thoughts behind his work. We are really overwhelmed with the hospitality and personal attention provided to us. We bought the mangoes from here. They are so tasty and yummy. To our surprise the cost of mangoes also was very less compared to the market. Getting such quality mangoes at such a low price was also an exciting experience for us. Entrance to the resort and all areas is so appealing that you cannot stop yourself from taking as many photos as you want during all the times of day. I will surely recommend all the nature lovers to visit this property and enjoy the stay. We would again like to express our special thanks to the Shirke family. All the best for all your future endeavors.

I was here for two nights in the monsoon season and fell in love with this place. It has wonderful hosts who can be reached without hesitation. Accomodation is very clean and the food was great. We did not face any major issues. The location is well placed for sightseeing and will be a wonderful experience for anybody looking to get away from the noise and bustling life of big cities.
