Very good rooms.. Big size rooms.. Neat & clean.. Safe for families.. affordable rate..Room service available.. Very nearer to Kunnamkulam junction... If you are in Kunnamkulam, you can confidently book this room...

I visited Orison Residency (Kunnamkulam) with my family on the 1st of April '18, just a day before 'Bharat band'. The staff members were polite and helpful, except they couldn't offer us room cleaning services + the hotel restaurant was shut on the 2nd due to the reason mentioned above, well, obviously for no fault of their own, however we found it difficult to stay there. To add to it, summer is not a good time to visit Kerala, however I had specifally chosen AC rooms with the hotel, only to realize that their ACs don't function properly, no cooling ... All in all, it was NOT a good experience. I'd rather suggest you look out for other hotels in the vicinity for better rooms and service.

It's in good location. Very near to kunnamkulam old bustand. Walkable distance to new bus stand

Rooms are clean and spacious. Some things can be improved like no dining place in the hotel, I was assuming breakfast would be there. There were no geysers in bathrooms, if you are travelling early and looking for warm water shower , they have no options.

Reasonable , neat rooms and good service

1 got a double bed room for 750Rs. I think best deal ...Spacious and clean ,good bathroom facility.. For this price i got a new Toilet soap and a bottle of water There is a Table and chair too ... I think best for this price ... If they increase this price Im no longer prefer this hotel better try anoyher hotel

Nice place to stay at budget. The room I opted was standard room without AC. The only difficulty I had is non availability of hot water. I didn't have to park my car. I doubt if they have ample space for parking

24 hour checkout ( We checked in at 6pm and checked out at 6 the next day). Rooms were neat and clean with plenty of space. Don't get disguised by the look from outside, inside it's a pretty decent hotel you can find in Kunnumkulam ideal for families as well. Let down was that there is no room service which is kind of expected during Covid. We couldnt even get tea. Had to wait till 11am on Sunday since it was lockdown to get some food. There is a restaurant called Malabar cafe in the same building and they do hotel room delivery and the food is pretty decent. Nothing extraordinary but does the job.

0% service they don't provide 2 bath towel in 2 person room no hot water for shower.... Hotel person is very bad in talking they even don't have any concern for gest...

Nice and clean ambience, affordable rate. They will calculate the time only from the time of check in , no burden of 12PM -11AM time period.

Old run down place with clean sheets and good room service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. But unfortunately some rooms have a damp fungus smell. You can't expect more from a small place like kunnamkulam.

Good stay in budget and the checkout time is 24 hrs and not 12:00 am so have plenty of time to checkout good service
