Beautiful historic square in the heart of the city. Nice place to eat dinner. There are a lot oh high end shops nearby. Check out both churches because they are beautiful and interesting.

Beating heart of Turin! Full of cafés and fancy shops. Had the opportunity to see the coffee festival where I was high on free caffeine. You might pass by talented musicians, make sure to tip them as they give the place a special flavor

"Il salotto di Torino" or "Torino's lounge or drawing room", as Torinesi like to say. It's the vibrant and elegant square is the very center of the city. Less formal than Piazza Castello and the Piazzetta Reale, is the ideal place for a stroll or a break in one of the several historic cafes under its porticos.

A vast, impressive central square with massive Palaces, Statues and fountains all around you. Reminded me of similar Plazas in Russian cities and Eastern Europe.

The most beautiful Piazza in Turin. Not too large but not too small, with a lovely elegant equestrian statue in the center. Bordered by lovely arcaded shops and cafes in lovely neo-classical architecture, and two churches at one end and the glamorous Via Roma at the other. In the center of town it is a must visit when exploring the city!

Gorgeous square in both day and evening. Shopping and food choices abound. Rarely found unoccupied by anyone. Perfect photo OP area If you're into that kinda thing lol. But otherwise I love to just soak in the architectural grace from the piazza.

Best hostel in the world. The rooms are large, perfectly clean, 2 bathrooms for 4 people, all the space one needs. The patio and the bar/restaurant are really cool. Congrats for everything!

Very few places offer the stunning architectural views, the calm, the composure of Piazza San Carlo. It's like time-travel done on foot.

This city is such a different place from the rest of Italy I have seen. The architecture has a French flavor due to its rich history. This square is beautiful! Must travel here .

Great shopping but doesn't have convinced travellers for usage public service such as restroom. If the authority increases public restrooms to make travellers easy, access is make feel better.

This main square is a short walk from the Torino train station. It’s quite magnificent and large and plenty to see all the way around the square. When you walk in from via Roma and walk along the left side of the piazza towards the palazzo Reale, on the sidewalk, do not miss to walk by the ‘spin over’ the young raging bull for good luck! There is a lot of history surrounding this piazza and the area, going back several centuries. It’s a lovely place to visit, plenty of cafes and eateries. This piazza is also the happening place of major public events in Torino.

Empfehlenswert!

This square is a great example of Baroque architecture. It has two symmetrical wings of elegant buildings, and is regarded as the city's drawing room. The old cafés under the porticoes evoke the atmosphere of the ancient capital. Bronze horse- the statue of Emanuel Filiberto stands in the middle of the square. Around the square are some of the city's major museums: the Museo Egizio, the Galleria Sabauda and the Museo del Resorgimento. There are numerous shops along the porticoes and more modern brand shops on Via Roma. A very popular meeting place. Stunning Piazza, indeed!

Beautiful plaza, great musicians, very ancient coffee places and restaurant. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much and came every day.

Surrounded by nice shops, Hermès, Gucci, Prada etc you can sit at the base of the statue eat a gelato & watch the people whilst listening to the buskers. 1 problem no seats in the square, no coffee shops... But still very nice..

It's one of the main city squares in Turin, Italy. It was laid out in the 16th and 17th century and is an example of Baroque style. Definitely worth to visit such a beautiful place if you will be in this gorgeous City in Italy. And you should check both Churches which is close by and very beautiful and interesting and unique!

Good space for a walk. It's possible to take a coffee and traditional Turin' drink bichelin (coffee+Nutella+cream) and try different sweets.

Amazing vibes here, Just come over take a walk roam around with your best friend or you bae enjoy some cool architecture and art around that dates to Baroque and classical times with some random musicians playing their instruments in the background. It is a unique experience at all as the place invites everyone and engulfs you in it and leaves you free to roam around.
