My MK glasses case broke and I wanted to buy a new one. The seller lied to me directly that they have no cases, and 1 minute ago I saw with my own eyes how she gave a white case to the customer. She could say they don't sell cases without glasses or something like that. But I don't think that simply lying is particularly customer-oriented. Thank you for nothing, dear MK...

Very big and well designed outlet store. There are plenty of products on sale. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store well designed and clean.

Bad Service and SCAM!! I was looking for a bag. I asked the lady with brown skin, which was working today evening, if they have an unboxed one. She said there was a bag that was unopened and that I should wait. I waited more than 10 minutes and then spoke to another employee. These two communicated in italian the whole time. The woman assured me that the bag was unopened. I bought the bag without any doubt. When I got home I noticed that the bag was exactly the exhibition bag and it was NOT an unopened one. This bag was supposed to be a gift. I’m very disappointed. Would not recommend this store. Poor service. Poor quality of bag. If you buy a bag, look twice because I’m sure they give you the bag with poor quality.

So long story short. I bought my wife shoes in Michael Kors but i got the wrong size, i dont live near so i thought bad luck, but i contacted the store anyways. The girls arrange me everything to return and get the right size. And i dont even live in italy. Thank you guys again.

The best shop for MK with Cosmin to assist you ! There are a lot of diferent choises of bags and now they have a lot of shoes, sneackers, flats, sandals. Everyone is very helpful but Cosmin at the shoe section is the best! He is so helpful and quick when you ask for something! Visit this shop!
