Bad service, I have been patiently waiting for the staff(female, who has white,shoulder-length hair)for almost an hour, after she had finished serving the previous customer, she ignored me and served the other customer who came later than me. However, the other staffs are polite.

Bad customer service! They just don’t respect customers or their time. They don’t acknowledge your presence. Stood for 30 minutes, simply being ignored.

The Louis Vuitton store in Venice is smaller than most of the Louis Vuitton stores I have visited. Some of the items, like the handbag we are looking for they don't have in stock. We got it later in another Louis Vuitton. The location and service are both excellent as all the Louis Vuitton stores. I have excellent service even though we didn't buy anything at this store.

I made several purchases here and the customer service is top notch! They were extremely professional, very patient and provided me with the necessary forms for to present to the Global Tax refund office at the airport. I will definitely shop here again!

We were greeted by the guard upon entering and leaving. Was immediately assisted by the manager and assigned us an associate for assistance. Shaden (the associate) was very friendly and helpful . She made sure that I get the size I wanted and advised me the best way to get the bag I was looking for since it’s not available at the moment. Only took out one star because the packaging of my purchase wasn’t that good. The pullout ribbon was broken and I didn’t get a (material)white card for my belt. Nevertheless, I highly recommend them.

Poor service!!! The shop is really empty currently with few customers, even if it's like this, the staff still wouldn't go to welcome you, but looking at phones or doing their own things whatever. When you ask them something, they'll answer like robots. After I finished my order, they were like "friendly" pushing me out of the shop. In a word, I don't feel welcomed. I've had four purchase experiences in this shop, none of them is pleasant. I went there only because I live in Venice, or I'll never go more than once. Please train your staff.

I had a bad experience last September 14, 2022. The floor manager was so rude. I was there standing for 25 minutes waiting to be entertained because I really wanted to buy one Messenger bag, wallet and belt as well. I asked why people who came after me were entertained before me. She replied to me that there should be no question or objection asked. I found that rude and disrespectful of customers who are shelling out money (the hell of it) to a high end brand with no high-end service at all. I went to Milan instead and bought everything in the Galleria

Beautiful store and large selection. The only thing I didn't like is that our client advisor got kinda rude when my friend's card was declined. It wasn't even declined because of insufficient funds (lol), it was because of international travel security - she had made some other large purchases throughout the day and her card blocked the purchase at LV. After she cleared it with her bank, the transaction went through, but the client advisor's attitude completely changed when this happened.

I went to pick up online order (city guide, I collect them in every LV store). The SA on the entrance was not very nice. I informed her I was picking up my order and she was suprised and didn't believe me at first (went after whole day of sightseeng so we werent dressed up). She directed me to the first floor. All sale assistants were standing and No hello or anything, I had to come to them and ask for my order. They sent the youngest one. She was very polite, checked my ID, gave me my order. It wasn't wrapped in the ribbon (it usually is). Overall it was the worst expierience of all LV stores I went to.

All the SA is polite, patient and helpful.. compare to Milan LV shop. My Friends is buy few time on the same days for her family members. The service is excellent..! 👍🏻

Had an appointment and everything was just perfect! The gorgeous and superfriendly shop assistant took her time with me and she was a real expert when it came to find out what I really wanted. So in the end...I'm a lucky owner of a beautiful bag! And I was even offered a tasty espresso 😋

Very spacious branch has the full line of Louis Vuitton products: bags, perfumes, apparel, shoes, accessories, watches, belts, scarves... staff were very professional and friendly especially Ms. Shaden. Prices are much less than the middle east as well you can do the tax refund money back (8-11%) the office is less than 5 minutes walking from the store. You can shop around all high-end luxury brands stores Chanel, Dior, Fendi... many more since all of them are next to each other. Go to Espace Louis Vuitton Venezia which is a view of a smaller part of The Fondation Louis Vuitton’s exhibition “Building in Paris”

This LV shop has quite a number of limited design but only a few pieces. I wanted Yayoi scarf but there’s only one on display. The scarf wasn’t in its best condition as its price. The store rep could have been more polite. She couldn’t wait for me to make decision, though there wasn’t any waiting customers.

The store is really nice and the client advisors in the door were nice. However, my wife wanted to try out some sunglasses and the client advisor there didn’t even look at us when we were asking her things or to try out different pairs. She was not friendly at all and seemed angry all the time. That’s why we didn’t proceed to buy the sunglasses. At the men’s section Lucia was very friendly and she quickly came to help us with what I wanted. All in all the customer service could be better when we are talking about this kind of luxury.

Poor attention from the staff, if that can even be considered attention given I did not get any. Surprised about their negative attitude towards their clientele. Would not recommend. Buy on a different location. I should have read the reviews before buying in Venice.

Went here with my mum and sis last May. We were the first customer on a weekday, the blond long hair staff however seems to be more interested to chat on her handy than to pay attention. At the end the store manager could make it up, but the first impression was so bad that I would not recommed that store.

They have the best service of all LV stores in the world. Super easy going and friendly. Didn’t manage to get anything but I dropped by for 3 days to check on availability and they were super helpful!

Went in to the store and confirmed the bag i want is available and then took some photo of it and go out to inform my wife. 3 mins later my wife came in to the store as i carrying my kid so i came after her. Once enter and being told the bag i want is confirm not available even my wife double confirm with the sale. A moment later i entered the store afterward with my kid, the sale still saying not available and i said i just checked it 3 mins ago and i got hands on the bag. Then i being redirect to another sale person, and show us the bigger size of the model, i asked for the original size i want, she said is not available. I pointed to the drawer that the original sale person took out the bag, ask her to open the drawer, then only the bag i want being take out for me to buy. 👎🏻i am not sure they just don’t want the business from tourist or just don’t want to do business to asian.

As usual - a great service, but would be more satisfied if the winter shoes were not so afraid of water and required less lacing

Terrible experience, get passed on to a lady with dark short hair who was impatient, kept rolling her eyes as I couldn’t decide straight away. She couldn’t be bothered to find me a colour for a purse until insisted I wanted a particular colour. Despite buying she did not offer any refreshments and we were treated like dirt

Very friendly and helpful staff named Claudia. She even left her contact to us just in case we have any issues later on even though she knew we are not residing in Europe. Will definitely use her service again during our next visit in Venice. LV definitely has good talent acquisition skills.

Definitely not the best people in LV boutique. I understand they are told to supervise and approachable but I felt uncomfortable doing my purchase as I had constantly the guy literally behind my shoulder and couldn’t consult with my partner relaxed. The tall bold guy with chunky black glasses not the best in customer service for sure! Never experienced something like that
