I have been a frequent customer of Kalyan silks from some time, I find their clothes to be of good quality and the branded products are of original quality. The main advantage Kalyan has over other competitors in Kalpetta is that they offer clothes that are more in trend with rest of Kerala fashion. The staff have been professional in their approach. The staff behavior is really good and very much approachable. They have more of ladies clothing, but good enough collection for men as well. Sarees and other clothes for women were in large selection.

I had a really good experience at Kalyan Silks Kalpetta. I barely had 15 minutes to pick out something very specific before boarding a bus. The staff understood this and helped me out. They were very cooperative and put the customer’s need above all. So to sum up, great customer service and great selection too.

Super saree collections super service and good co operation to our family

I had a wonderful experience here. They were co operative. I really had a wonderful time with the staff especially Ms Jothi, Ms Reshma R, Ms Jiji, Ms Reshma and Ms Rejani. Saree floor is doing a good job. It was difficult for me to select a saree but these people were cooperation and without any hesitation help me to choose one.
