This spot was my first taste of Venice. Loved it so much I went back. Great atmosphere, frequented by locals and tourists. The spritz’ are cheap: €2,50 for Aperol, €3,50 for a Limoncello, and the cicchetti are €1,50 each. You order at the bar but they’ll bring the drinks to your table and will also warm up the cichetti for you. Pay at the bar when you’re done. Remember what you had as they ask what your order was and ring it in as you tell them.

Amazing friendly service, DELICIOUS drinks & finger food. It's the perfect stop to take a moment and appreciate Venezia. We loved it so much we came back twice during our walk. How could anyone give less than 5 stars, shame on them!

New favourite bar which honestly has the best spritz we’ve had in Venice. And at €3 each, definitely best value. Full range not just of spritz, but coffee, cocktails and wine. Excellent freshly made cicchetti also, €2 each. Great value, real care with all they do and definitely worth a visit.

What a lovely spot! I’m glad to contribute to Adagio’s high rating. Fair prices on wine, beer, and cocktails, always a go-to for locals and travelers, and a friendly vibe. As a solo traveler, I was made to feel welcome in this small but cozy place that has pleasant music, an attentive barman, Luciano, who was friendly and fast, and a nice selection of wines all easily visible on a board inside. There is a selection of cicchetti (Venetian small bites) for less that 2 euros each and some sweets as well. During the day it’s more of a cafe and in the ebbing a gathering place for snacks and drinks. I highly recommend coming here before dinner for a glass or two of wine and cicchetti or just stopping in for a coffee in the morning. A lovely spot in a lovely area in the center of Venice. Do come! Great little bar, playing some lovely jazz music, with €4 Aperols. What’s not to like? Friendly service too. Great place for a nice little aperitif.

Adagio serves good coffee and tasty appetizers (cichetto) at cheap price. The service is efficient and friendly. The small indoor place is cute and they have a few high tables outdoor. Highly recommended.

Lovely coffee place which is perfect for breakfast. They have a variety of toasts and coffee, as well as tasty cornettos/ filled croissants. Try the crema fredda if you want an iced coffee- it was very good!

Great place! Good: friendly staff, fresh food (made at the moment), cosy atmosphere, reasonably priced. Bad: it’s small, so try to get there on time for your aperitivo or breakfast!

Everything is so good here. The food, the drink, and the service are the best. It was so good that we came back the 2nd time in 30 minutes.

There was no table available but I was offered a drink to wait. I ended up standing at the bar and it was a lovely quick meal between a busy schedule. Would like to spend more time next time as they had a very good wine menu. Extremely friendly staff I recommend it if you happen to pass by.

Adagio as in translation “Slowly” feels exactly as when feeling tired of walking in Venice, wonderful place to take time off. Wonderful Espresso or Aperol, great atmosphere and music. Enjoying drinks and music while viewing wondering people on street. Highly recommended!

This is the best bar in Venice! I've been here several times, and the service is consistently great. During our 4-day visit, we stopped by every day for a quick Select and Spritz. We'll definitely be back for more in the future.

Great selection of wine, all by the glass. Cicchettos are amazing. And possibly the tastiest espresso martini I've ever had. Service is so friendly.

11/10 it’s a small spot but should not be missed. Great atmosphere, fantastic spirits selection (especially gin). Went in the evening and it was a lovely cosy spot for a few cocktails. Will be back again!

I just love this place. This is my 4th day in Venice and the fourth time I'm at Adagio. It's much cosier than other bars. And cichetti and coffee are awesome. So is music. I'll come back!

Quick summary: if I could dream up an Italian café, this would be it. Amazing service, incredible espresso, quaint, cozy atmosphere, and a cool view. What went right: everything. Seriously, everything. It’s off the beaten path but anything worth eating/drinking in Venice is off the beaten path. Doesn’t have tourist vibes which pretty much every place in Venice does unfortunately. What went wrong (which is honestly just more nice stuff to say): if I had to nitpick, I’d say there isn’t a lot of seating, so if you don’t get lucky you’ll have to stand which may not be great if you have trouble with that. I’ll also say that’s pretty standard at really nice places in Venice. In general if people are standing inside and/or outside the place drinking and laughing, it’s a good place. If there is staff outside of it trying to get you to come in, AVOID. This place didn’t have that problem. We walked by this place and it was a beehive of fun both day and night.

The perfect place for having a glass of wine or a cocktail! The atmosphere and prices are very good and there are some local tasty snacks. There is a menu in my review.

Great little bar with chichetti. The service and drinks are great and the chichetti is pretty good. I'd recommend a 'pink dream' drink......prosecco and rose syrup!

We had a great time here, location is great with more of a local vibe, right beside a huge church and a cozy alley on one side and the canal view on the other. Prices were extremely fair and food & wine was delicious. Strongly recommend!

We loved this place - the wine and prosecco were great quality and the cichetti was very tasty at 1.50 each. They had 1-2 vegan options, which we were thankful for. Chips (crisps?) were also served. Ambience is lovely indoors but they also have outdoor seating available.

Perfect venezian style winebar. Very friendly barkeepers. Tasty Cicchetti and other great small meals for a perfect break when visiting San Polo. Easy to find: next to Frari.

My wife and I stopped here on the way to dinner for a cocktail. I had an espresso martini (best one I’ve had) and my wife had a limoncello spritz. Although this place small, you enjoy your drink right outside - all the drinks are very reasonably priced. The two bartenders were incredible and seems to be a local favorite. In the morning it serves as a coffee bar in case you’re in the area and need an espresso, etc. This is a must stop if you are in Venice - had we been there longer we definitely would have went back!

Very nice bar! Not too big but very lively. Very sweet and helpfull bartenders. They also had different kind of tapas which were very tasty. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go there aswell!

Great cecchetti and spritz in this little gem of a bar. Really enjoyed sitting out and watching the world go by. Would definitely recommend for a stop while wandering the streets of Venice

Who cares if it’s not even midday — you can have a spritz and cicchetti, and the most difficult decisions you’ll have to make are: (1) whether you want spritz with white wine or Prosecco, and (2) which of the delicious snacks to choose.

Cozy place in a beautiful location a bit of the beaten track in Venice. Great drinks and tapas in an authentic atmosphere with even better prices.
