I
had
the
incredible
pleasure
of
attending
Mama
Isa's
cooking
class
in
Venice/Padua,
Italy,
and
it
was
nothing
short
of
amazing.
Mama
Isa
herself
was
not
just
a
talented
chef
but
also
a
warm
and
welcoming
instructor.
Her
teaching
style
was
easy
to
follow,
with
step-by-step
guidance
that
made
even
homemade
pasta
from
scratch
seem
achievable.
One
of
the
things
that
stood
out
to
us
was
Mama
Isa's
attention
to
detail.
She
ensured
that
we
had
all
the
necessary
ingredients
and
equipment,
and
she
even
offered
valuable
insights
on
what
to
purchase
once
we
returned
home
to
replicate
the
dishes
effortlessly.
The
atmosphere
in
Mama
Isa's
kitchen
was
incredibly
relaxed,
which
made
the
entire
experience
enjoyable.
What
truly
made
the
class
memorable
was
the
hands-on
approach—Mama
Isa
would
demonstrate,
and
then
we
would
get
to
work,
which
made
learning
Italian
cooking
techniques
a
breeze.
Beyond
the
cooking
itself,
we
also
learned
about
Italian
pastas
and
wines,
gaining
a
deeper
understanding
of
the
culture.
And
it's
worth
mentioning
that
the
quality
of
the
food
we
prepared
was
exceptional.
As
an
LGBTQ+
couple,
we
felt
especially
welcomed
in
Mama
Isa's
kitchen.
Her
kindness
and
openness
created
a
warm
and
inclusive
environment
that
added
to
the
overall
positive
experience.
In
summary,
I
wholeheartedly
recommend
Mama
Isa's
cooking
class
to
anyone
visiting
Venice/Padua.
It's
not
just
about
learning
to
cook
delicious
Italian
dishes;
it's
about
feeling
like
part
of
a
family
and
gaining
lifelong
skills.
Thank
you,
Mama
Isa,
for
an
unforgettable
experience!
