I had great time in this palazzo Hotel, I consider it a rare gem in Venice (plenty of space, very interesting combination of old architecture and modern comfort). Great services and marvelous breakfast!

Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good, it stopped me from giving 1 star. Not sure who is to blame here, the hotel or booking.com - We specifically reserved and pre paid for a room with a view / city view. When we arrived, about an hour after check in time, not only was the room not ready, we didn’t even get an apology, just told to wait like we didn’t matter… RUDE. The room’s view was out onto a mosquito filled courtyard where the noisy air conditioning units are located. NOT HAPPY Mentioned all of the above to reception and by this point I was very agitated, the robot at reception then decided he would show me a room with a tiny little view of the rear courtyard, much more pleasant but not a view by this point I really didn’t want to escalate the matter with someone who is chastising me in the most patronising manner possible.. I just wanted to enjoy my two nights, as the rooms with a view must have all been reserved for Her Majesty. Room with a view / city view generally refers to viewing of somthing of interest, in Venice some would say that could be a canal or a monument. Due to the fact that I wasn’t wearing a Cartier bracelet or a Rolex the reward for effort wasn’t worth while (less tip).. Well, how does no tips and a bad review sound?

Wonderful Palace Hotel This hotel was a palace and you can see this especially from the inside. The Hotel entrance is very nice and the foyer in the first floor was unbelievable, this with 3 huge Murano chandeliers. Our room was not big, but plenty of space to move around. It was spotless clean and plenty of storage room. The bed was for our likes a bit soft but we sleep well. The marble bathroom was very nice and a very good rain shower. We used the air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay, but did not hear any noise. The hotel is located in a nice area, it seems to be the art place. Not many tourists and it is on a small canal so very quiet. A 3 minute walk to the boat stop Accademia on Canal Grande or 2 minutes to Vaporetto stop Zattere. This was very convenient to get to many hot-spots. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Paulo. Due to Paulo we received many important new recommendations about sight-seeing, good restaurants and helped us even to find special Murano parts for our chandelier back home. Delicious breakfast was served in the small but beautiful garden. Due to Covid you could not help yourself to the buffet, but the service was very good and there was plenty to choose from. All in in one a perfect place to stay we know where we will stay when we come back. Thank you ever so much.

The hotel has a wonderful location close to all the historical scenes and with some nice wine bars as neighbours. The staff treated us with upper most service and gave us a wonderful stay. The award for most funny person goes to the person who made our breakfast on bed, as it was always different then what we asked 😂. We found it hilarious and enjoyed it anyway! Big thanks

Beautiful room and hotel. Easy to get to major attractions from the hotel, too. Something that is really worth noting is that you must ask the hotel staff for ac / heater adjustments. The air temp is not controlled from the room. Rooms are a bit smaller than what I'm used to in the US, but it was lovely. Also had a bidet if that's your thing. No dresser in the economy room we booked.

A very nice stay at the hotel. Very spacious rooms decorated in the Venetian style, nice bathroom as well. There is no desk in rooms. No gym (despite what is written on a website you can find while searching) and no restaurant but the bar can provide snacks/margarita pizza (the -1 star is for these items, I kind of grew accustomed to these). Buffet has the usual pros and cons (unlimited but always warm). Staff is amazing ! Always smiling and helping you, the treasure of the palace honestly. Note that most (if not all?) touring services mentioned are on hold due to COVID (no mention of it on the website which was a bit disappointing as most touristic places have reopened with the green pass (vaccination)).

We stayed 2 nights during our visit to Venice. The hotel location is a bit of a walk or water taxi ride from the train station, but it was well worth it. The building is beautiful, very historic but with modern amenities. Our standard sized room was quite large with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The only issue we had was the temperature of the room on the first night .. a little warm. They worked on adjusting it and it got a little better. If I had brought it up again they would have brought in the maintenance person, but it started cooling down outside (early October) so it wasn't an issue the 2nd night. The included breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices and the option to eat at inside tables or outside in the enclosed patio/courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and guidance on using the transportation options available in Venice. Staying here made for the perfect end to our vacation!! Note: There are luggage porter services available in Venice if you need them. We just had carry-on luggage so we didn't need them but we did see them carting other people's luggage around ... this would help a lot if you have a lot of luggage and stay here since it is on the far end of Venice from the train station.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in jr suite that was spacious (high ceilings, parquet floors, terrace, chandeliers, enormous marble bathroom with both shower and tub,) décor is opulent updated Venetian style. Renée at the front desk is a charming and enthusiastic representative and fantastic greeter. Thank you, Renée! Don't hesitate to book here, it is a wonderful property with a fantastic staff.

Before I even arrived the team at the hotel helped me try to book a restaurant that didn't accept email bookings, so helpful! We were upgraded slightly on arrival and received a bottle of prosecco as it was a 40th birthday celebration. The room was outstanding, no complaints at all. When we went down for breakfast our rooms were cleaned so by the time we came back up they were magically all done. The breakfast had so much food! So much variety and was brilliant quality. The hotel's location is in a quieter area of town, with cute bars and restaurants and we loved the atmosphere and romantic chilled vibe of the hotel and it's area. Would 100% recommend. The staff were exceptionally kind.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in Italy. Impeccable service and stellar facilities. Room was spacious, clean, and with a pleasant scent. Location was fantastic as it is along a less touristy avenue and extremely convenient as it is right in between 2 vaporetto stops (public boat service) Will definitely recommend to friends and families! Thank you for the experience!

A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff (the front desk staff during the morning shift were very helpful and knowledgeable). The facilities were outstanding. I would throughly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, and spacious and the breakfast was great. If I could give it more stars I would! Thank you Hotel Nani for making my stay special.

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary in November 2022, the staff on the desk, in the bar and the waiters are superb, lovely hardworking people with a friendly normal manner about them. It is a lovely setting and next door there is an amazing wine bar and restaurant. however, the bar is also well stocked in the hotel with 2 for one drink really made it better value (please work on these prices). Thank you for our lovely stay you are so professional and kind and a credit to the company you work for.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. My daughter and I spent 4 days and we enjoyed it. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing. I loved everything about the hotel except that the staff wasn't that warm, they were ok and the breakfast isn't that good, including the tables for breakfast which are in fact made for the garden (not very comfy). Other than that we really enjoyed Venice and the hotel!

This is a lovely hotel with amazing service. My husband and I arrived on a rainy day, but the friendly staffs and welcoming ambiance of the establishment washed away all our fatigue from our long hour traveling to Venice. The receptionist, Olga, was especially helpful to our stay in Venice, she provided us with all the information we needed to stay in Venice. Highly recommended Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace if you are planing a trip to Venice!

Loved this hotel - after all the rain while in Venice in May 2019 it was our saving grace! Have some beautiful photos but not sure how to share?

Stayed here for 3 nights. Awesome location. Very close to zattere ferry stop and just far away from tourist places Rooms are so unique and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. The reason why I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 star is absolutely slow wifi in my room. We stayed in room 104 I couldn't even watch a YouTube vid at 144p without buffering Wifi by the lobby was acceptable If you need internet I wouldn't stay here

10 stars. We had to rebook our honeymoon from 2020 and they were so helpful! Most amazing rooms, service was incredible and the location amazing. So easy to get anywhere! Highly recommend.

Such an amazing hotel and just far away from the buzzing San Marco square, but close enough to walk to the square from the hotel in just 15 minutes. Extravagant decorations and the room is so spacious. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Venice.

Stunning hotel in the beautiful city of Venice. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Don't leave your food unattended because the local segulls (who are always on watch) and pigeons will literally fly off with your toast!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Stayed in three difference rooms in three different nights, including the presidential suite. All the rooms are unique and well designed in Venetian style. There are lounge area/hallway in second and third floor both feel like a private art gallery.

This is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The breakfast is the best I had while traveling throughout Italy. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but a good 20 minute walk to the big tourist attractions. Just perfect for getting away from the crowds.

Beautiful building, easy to get to from Zattare ferry stop. Very friendly staff, warm rooms in winter and close to main monuments and great restaurants. Standard room was a little small, the decor was wonderful. Breakfast is okay, we tried once however my friend and I skipped it during our stay. I enjoyed my stay but next time would look for a hotel with gym in this location as fitness is important to me.

Our favorite boutique hotel in Venice! A charming location, away from the hustle & bustle of St. Marks Square but still close enough to walk. The palazzo details are majestic, and the bathroom amenities were unmatched. The service was exceptional and the free breakfast delicious. We decided to upgrade to a Deluxe Room and it was well worth it.
