Very nice place.Near the Railway Station. Going to Venice just 10 minutes by bus.Very comfortable to transport. Personal is very helpful and kind.comfortable sleepy quite place..

This place looks very different from the pictures - it’s an apartment in a building that you can’t initially enter unless you call the contact person on WhatsApp or phone to let you in. There’s no air conditioning, different from advertised, and the room doesn’t have many power sockets. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station still so if you’re carrying large suitcases, you may just want to invest into the proper hotels closer to the station and get some service alongside. Checking out was also tricky since you need the key to open the gate but you have to leave the key behind since there’s no staff around… overall, worth passing if you can go with other options instead.

There was not a reception, it was a normal flat. NOT A HOTEL. Because i couldn't reach the owner until 14.30, i had to take my luggage with me. Furthermore, i spent my all day in Venice to call this person instead of having fun without thinking of check in with my students... If you will stay here, take account you can not leave your luggage before check in time (14.30-17.00). The rooms were not confortable. There were insects. The doors of the rooms and toilet were very old so it is challenging to close them quitely. I won't prefer this place next time even if it is a lower cost accommodation

Everything is bad! The landlord don't understand English. When we come back from down town - the apartments was run down of lights. Then I called the landlord and tried to explain our problem. We were greeted by a nice girl, hotel is close to the airport BUT - Our room didn’t look like in the pictures. It was a dark room with old furniture. Room had a strange, old smell. Mirror was dirty. We were 2 persons but had 2 small towels and 1 large one. There are 5 rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. I was shocked about the cleanliness - one of the showers had mold in it, other one was full with old soap left from other clients. Fridge and floors in the kitchen were dirty. Many times we lost electricity and needed to find the fuzes because the owner does not live next to the property and did not respond to our messages. We couldn’t use the kettle because we would lose electricity. There were 2 cleaning ladies that didn’t even clean anything - maybe changed the bed sheets. They sat on the balcony with ciggarette in one hand and broom in the other. All the dirt was swept in the corner. I know that this is one of the cheapest hotels but that does not mean that we don’t deserve basic cleanliness.

NO ONE can contact to the owner. I was trying to contact with the owner for a month (email/ phone call) before my stay But there was no answer till the end which was so frustrating. I also asked Agoda customer support to reach them but they couldn’t…. There was no one / no reception at the property. It’s a flat with 4 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms. After waited 1 hour outside, a lady came out with a full of bin bags from the building so I asked if she knows anything about “eden Venice hotel” and she let me in. Im assuming she was a house keeper or something. She didn’t speak English but I could get a key. Otherwise I needed to wait another 2or3 hours who knows….. The flat wasn’t too bad but I won’t be returning.

Located well near train station and a bus stop, both within 5 mins walk (even faster without any luggage). Very easy to get to Venice. It's a comfy 3-rooms apartment with 2 shared bathrooms, feels just like home, clean, simply and nicely decorated. The owner was responsive and super helpful, he let us come in the morning to rest (we came by night bus) and let early check in at 11am. He even offered to picked us up when we found ourselves at the wrong street. And after checkout we kept bags for a small fee (just because he had to send someone when we need to take the bags at night), and rest a bit before we went to next city. The owner and family really made us feel it was a best decision to stay in this place.

WARNING: NOT A HOTEL You share your apartment with other guests, including the bathroom and the hallway. We couldn't contact the owner for the check-in because they didn't pick up their phone or answered any messages. They also don't speak English and are not interested in establishing a decent communication. We are very confused, how people like that managed to lead this "hotel" until now without facing legal consequences.

Nightmare – They shoud shut down this place. The bathroom was full of mold, The heater in the room wasnt working, dirty bedsheets. The bed was way too small for two people. It stinked in the kitchen and living room, broken kitchen cupboard. Terrible!!

Please note this is shared accommodation and bathroom. Initially was difficult to find as there was no sign above the place. There are no staff on site. If you are lone females it may not be the place to stay however there are definitely pros to this place. It is close to the metro and only a 10 minute journey to Venice. One day we had the whole building to ourselves which was quite nice. Kitchen facilities are available here

This so nice & awesome place for staying. If You are a tourist this place for you, very friendly manner, they r very aware of their guest privac, it is also affordabl.. Specially their hospitality makes u more pleased

Eden Venice is so beautiful and the communication is comfortable.Every furniture is new on there and the workers are very gentle and polite.The hotel is fantastic and very clean.
