A long walk from the train station. Hotel is nicely furnished, but maintains the old character of the city. No elevator, so you have multiple stairs to reach your room on the second or third floor. Owners are extremely helpful in getting you settled in for your stay and can recommend an excellent Gelato place nearby.

A true venetian residence, probably drives by the owners. Really friendly people, even if they don't speak English, we were able to communicate. Clean rooms, heated in winter season which was priceless after spending all day outside. Breakfast served a la carte, while spending a few days here you can try each day something different. Great croissant, recommended with chocolate or jam. Cosy atmosphere & nice vibe. Hotel located in city center, everything you need is basically a couple of minutes of walking distance.

What an awesome hotel. The rooms are so comfy and well decorated. You can see there is lot of thought behind the decoration of the house and the rooms. Breakfast is just unbelievable with so many different options and everything is so good. Best of all is the service Romano is such a nice host, he took the time to explain everything we need to see. You can see the love he puts into this place, I only regret we stayed only one night.

Amazing place!! We loved our first night so much that we booked again for our last night back in Venice!! Breakfast is to die for and the location is just amazing 10min walk to both train station and bus terminal to the airport! Very clean rooms! Romano was very accommodating and welcoming! Grazie!

Really loved this place. The owners were incredibly friendly and even gave me tea when I was feeling sick. The room I stayed in was very beautiful (it was also quite warm the first night I was there) and the location couldn't have been more convenient as it was a short walk to Piazzale Roma and at the main entry point into Venice. The price was far better than anywhere else I saw and at a much better rate without any compromise. The breakfast was also nice and really helped getting me set for the day each mor ing. I work as a travel agent and will be recommending this hotel to everyone I have going here.

Our stay here was lovely! It is a small and quaint B&B with the nicest staff. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious. It is an easy 7-10minute walk from Piazzale Roma (where the shuttles/buses/taxis will drop you off) and same from the train station (maybe 2min more to the train station.) Ca'Riza is in a great location with a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. nearby. We found Piazzale Roma to be the easiest Vaporetto stop for us since we knew how to get there easily, but Ca' Rezzonico and S. Toma are also close vaporetto stops (~10min walk.) We would definitely stay again if we return to Venice! Grazie per tutto!

Great location, friendly and helpful owner. Room was very nice, the bed not so much...very uncomfortable if you have a bad back. Breakfast was good. Not a cheap place but I would recommend.

Wonderful stay in a charming cozy atmosphere! Romano was a wonderful person to interact with. He was so helpful with voluntarily giving us a map with handwritten suggestions and advice for sightseeing, transportation, and restaurants. Make sure to take his suggestions! Our entire stay was comfortable, clean, and secure. They even remembered a small detail I forgot I mentioned about our honeymoon and made a special surprise for us (thank you!) Breakfast had plenty of options, made fresh. The location is a short walking distance from the train station, bus station for the airport, and waterbus station. We liked that it was on a quiet side street directly next to a busy area. Small details of hospitality made this place our favorite stay during our two week trip in Italy.

Amazing rooms and amazing breakfast. Host was super attentive and made sure to provide us with some excellent recommendations to explore Venice. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience! Rooms are absolutely splendid, set our mood for the Venezia experience. Spacious shower, spot on bathroom size, sparkling clean. Many mirrors, coffee machine and kettle in the room. Staff was very friendly even though the breakfast service staff didn't speak much English. Very quirky and cozy, very recommended.

Beautiful little hotel and perfect location let down by very unwelcoming female staff. To be grunted at or dismissed leaves you feeling unwanted as a customer. Seems to be a running trend with the culture.

A sweet hotel with the traditional venetian aesthetics, the service was good and the rooms were clean. Would come again.

Romano was so welcoming and informative! My husband and I were very comfortable here, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hospitality here was at a level that is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend staying here!

I am so glad we have booked the room in Ca'Riza for the beginning of our trip to Italy. The warmest welcome, authentic interiors, cozy beds and super-delicious à la carte breakfast made our days (the apricot yogurt and cheeses were the best!). And the best thing about this hotel is its hosts - thank you for caring so much about your clients. We will see each other again!

Great Location. The breakfast was incredible yummy and homemade, we absolutely loved it. The room was very comfortable for a family with 2 kids. Very clean, and I loved the lovely details with the robe and the sleepers. No noise at night, good beds. We arrived earlier and left late and we left our luggages with them. The staff is so friendly and nice. We'd love to stay here again

Nice rooms in a great location, not far from the Central Station but also close to all the important bits of Venice. The host is very kind and gave good travel tips. The breakfast is delicious and made on the spot.

The experience was phenomenal! The hotel is cute and boutique, which provides a cozy atmosphere that larger hotel chains and Airbnbs can't. They even play music in the background! The host is a warm and friendly, and truly the kindest human: - He welcomes you with recommendations on things to do in Venice - He serves breakfast (like a waiter) every morning with a whole menu to select from... and it's FREE! - You can tell that he genuinely loves his job - After I checked out, I realized that I left my backpack at the hotel about 5-10 minutes after I left, and he walked outside in the rain to find me and returned my backpack! Also, the prices here are way better than other accommodations and the location is great. 10/10 recommend! This place will make your stay memorable.
