For several reasons, I decided to get a refurbished smartphone and I turned to them. They have a decent choice of brands/prices and I got advice for my needs. I can say 20 days after purchasing that I am super satisfied. Excellent phone, everything as described. It had only one flaw (some impurity in one of the lenses) which was promptly fixed under warranty. I can only be satisfied. 🙂 Recommended!

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I sent an email reporting the problem and they said they could fix it. So on Monday I went to bring my cell phone, they told me to leave it and then they told me how much it would cost me. It's been 4 days and they told me they didn't have the microphone to change it. The truth is a waste of time

Extremely negative experience, it's a shame that I have to give 1 star, because it would really be 0... In mid-October, I took a tablet to be repaired because it wouldn't charge. All good, they proceed, they give me the estimate, I confirm and they start repairing it. At the end of October the tablet was ready and I went to get it back, paying €50, but everything was ok, it fits. Within a week the tablet had the same problem again and since I'm from the south and I was there in the north for work, when I returned to the south I took it to my trusted repair centre. They completely dismantled it for me and this is the result.. everything needs to be changed, everything is oxidized as you can see from the photos.. External charging connector, for them it was fine as it was, oxidized as you can see in the photo.. but for them "THEY DELIVERED THE TABLET TO ME PERFECTLY WORKING". NOT RECOMMENDED

I took my mobile phone to be repaired as in another center they changed several parts without solving the problem and it was returned to me in working order and with documentation of the fault within a few days. Friendly and expert staff 👍

Wonderfully knowledgeable and professional! They were immediately available and in less than twenty-four hours they solved it... I risked losing everything I had on my phone, photos, notes, documents and anything else; the next day I returned home as if nothing had happened, almost like magic! Very honest also on the price, I changed my cell phone by taking the same model from them but refurbished and in the meantime I was able to scrap the old one. The assistance and work, including the transfer of all the data, were the expense that I paid most willingly because it was absolutely deserved and despite this they also gave me a small discount: I hope I won't need it anytime soon, but in case I know where to go back! Thanks again for everything!
