This is how hospitality should be done. Came here for my wife and my honeymoon. Treated like high nobility from start to finish, with personal touches. Special "grazie" to Luca, Francesca, Andrea, Nicholas, Irena and the rest of the staff on duty. We had a joyous time thanks to your efforts and will be staying here again on our next sojourn to Venezia.

We grabbed a room here when we passed through Venice for a night. It is clearly a 10 out of 10. Beautiful place with a great location in the middle of Venice. Walking distance to everything. The room was newly updated and modern without losing it's old world charm. The staff was extremely accommodating in helping us with all our needs including arranging water taxis for us. We were treated so well. Highly recommend.

Great location, super clean, warm and friendly service! I had to find a place in Venice very last minute, and if you, like me, are on the train frantically searching through zillions of hotels in Venice on your phone trying to find a place that will be a sanctuary for your visit, I definitely recommend this place. In addition to the super warm, friendly staff- the hotel is super clean and pretty. Its entry has a lovely courtyard right off a square where you can have a drink or something to eat outside. They have a small lobby with seating and a 24 hour deal. They also have a little bar for eating and drinking inside. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a nice bathroom. We had both plenty of towels and bathrobes. We were also pleasantly surprised to find tons of shampoos, lotions, etc. Way more than we needed! Again thanks to the staff for such a pleasant stay. It was our oasis from the hustle and bustle of Venice. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is located in a great part of Venice, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites, but still a close walk. The room was larger than we expected, very clean/comfortable and the staff/service were incredible. Ricardo was especially welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. I can’t recommend this place enough and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was perfect, I celebrated my birthday at the hotel. They prepared strawberries in chocolate and prosecco in advance and there was the heart with rose petals on the bed. The room had a sauna and a jacuzzi, everything works great! The staff is super friendly. I still give 5 stars, location and cleanliness are excellent! The only thing is that there is not a lot of choice at breakfast, they also gave us breakfast to take with us before departure, which included: a bottle of water, an apple and a croissant, a little modest.

We loved staying here in May 2023. Unlike a lot of Venice, this area is not crowded. However it is still close enough to major sites. We felt like we had our own private views of the canals and took a gondola ride close by so we got to go through narrow canals without seeing a lot of other gondolas (unlike going on the grand canal which is where we asked to be dropped off at the end of the ride). Santa Croce has a more local vibe to it. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was noise-free at night. The staff at the hotel were so nice, and we really loved our hotel room. It was the fanciest hotel during our stay in Italy. You order your eggs how you like them and the breakfast spread is next level. There was even a fresh honey comb there. The hotel packed our breakfast to go on our last day since we had an early train. We will stay here again when we come back to Venice.

Lovely hotel, close to train and airport bus stations. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Rooms are large and comfortable, as well as incredibly clean and well appointed (robes, slippers, large towels, nice shampoo AND conditioner, plus snacks, water and sodas in the mini fridge refreshed daily). The breakfast buffet was very good, including eggs cooked to order). Excellent place to stay in beautiful Venice!

We had an amazing stay at Santa Croce Boutique Hotel!!! We were treated royally from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Great location away from the overcrowded touristy areas yet a short walk to it all. Elizabeth was extraordinarily helpful and made sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. She helped plan and book all our activities and meals. The staff at breakfast were also extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is very modern, well kept, clean, and extremely comfortable. Thank you all for making our trip to Venice memorable. You all went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate all of you. 😍

The Santa Croce Boutique Hotel is a very beautiful hotel and the service is absolutely first class. We especially appreciated the front lobby staff who were very gracious and more than willing to help you plan your day around Venice. The location was a short walk from the bus/train station and definitely outside the busy tourist area. Highly recommended.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and the venue is beautiful. Quiet, comfortable and most important not your typical overrun property. Loved it and was genuinely sad to leave the hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful - they made our honeymoon stay feel special. We loved the high ceilings, the pillows, the waterfall shower and I particularly enjoyed the body cream. Good breakfast, nice bar with good cocktails. Thanks for treating us!

Spent 2 nights at this fantastic hotel in Venice. The service was excellent, staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day. It is a very convenient location especially if you want to be close to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, chill vibe!

Beautiful hotel in Venice. Not far from the train station - only have to cross 2 bridges. The staff are simply incredible in terms of their service. Tina during breakfast is superb. Luca and Marco are very very helpful in giving us good recommendations of things to do and restaurants to eat. Highly recommended.

Rooms look amazing on the pictures and they are in real life. Very specious and clean. Staff is nice and the hotel is located not far from the bus station, so you don't have to cross a lot of bridges but it also not to close to the very busy tourist area

Cannot recommend this hotel enough - staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially as we were traveling with two small children. Due to delayed arrival (close to midnight) they set up a tray of antipasti in our room anticipating that we would be hungry - which we were! Would stay again there in a heartbeat!

Only one word to describe this hotel; Luxury! Though only officially 4* this looks and feels like a 5*. From the room, to the welcome cocktails to the great breakfast and service, everything was phenomenal. Though on the pricey side we certainly felt like it was worth it. Would gladly return (and plan to)

The hotel is in a nice area, far enough from the crowds from St. Mark's square, but close enough to reach most places within a short walk (including the train station). The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Carlos' cocktails are delicious! Marco, from the reception, was really nice and helpful, arranging the transportation to Murano for a day trip. I would come back to stay here again!

I don’t even know where to begin. The location of this hotel is perfect. The breakfast was amazing, I’ll be dreaming of those pastries forever. The drinks in their courtyard were so good! The room was clean and cool. But above all, the entire staff was amazing. From helping us find dinner reservations for our large group and then personally walking us to the restaurant….to arranging all of our transportation, the service was amazing. thank you Luca, Francesca, Carlos and Andreas for all of your help. We will definitely be back and I will share your wonderful hotel with all of my family and friends. Thanks again!

This hotel was better than some of the five star hotels we've stayed at in Italy. Firstly, the location is perfect as it's away from the majority of the tourist crowd. Secondly, the room was much greater than we anticipated - modern with an old world charm, excellent sized and very clean. But above all, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!! The whole place was like a well oiled machine. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - it really enhanced our trip. Furthermore, the cocktails were fantastic and the barman was always so friendly to chat to. Santa Croce Boutique Hotel really set a high bar for the remainder of our trip. This hotel was so wonderful. The rooms and location match the pictures and enhanced our stay in Venice. Why? - Amazing staff: Francesca, Luca, and Roberto were so great! Provided great service, gave good advice, answered lots of questions, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us make the most of our 4 day stay in Venice. It was not only efficient and helpful service, but so personable and warm. Made you feel like VIP with every interaction. - nice location: near the train station so easy to get there and not cross a ton of bridges. And we really enjoyed being away from the crazy tourist area around St. Mark's Square. The Santa Croce neighborhood is lively but much calmer and feel like a lot more locals around. - courtyard: this was a big plus of this hotel. It is a beautiful, quiet courtyard. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning and then they setup a really nice cocktail bar outside each night which was fun to enjoy before or after dinner. Would definitely return!

What a magical place. Beautiful rooms, absolutely outstanding breakfast, and the location is superb - close enough that you are near everything yet quiet enough that you get away from the tourists. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I asked the staff for recommendations. Little did I know that they would engineer what would end up being my girlfriend's favourite birthday. Thank you to the staff! They were truly welcoming, outgoing and filled with great recommendations. A must if you decide to stay in Venice!

Absolutely one of the best hotels I ever visited. No better place to relax after a hectic day in Venice: the inner garden, with a cool drink. We love all the staff.

Not to miss it! Amazing hotel in Venezia. Great location, outside the mess of tourists at the same time very close to the main attractions. The staff is top notch. Elisabetta and Luca will make sure you are welcome like royalty and Andrea prepares amazing cocktail! The only downside is that we had to leave.

Lovely hotel. Such welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms are amazing and spotless. Breakfast was included in our stay which was also very nice. Location was just 10 minute walk from the bus station and walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
