great homestay in a nicely renovated house right on the insula, about 300m to the parking deck which was € 12 per day as of Aug. 2022. very charming rooms with all necessary amenities, modern bathroom with a spacy shower, you take the breakfast in the ground floor in a family atmosphere, the staff/owner are very considerate and offer all kind of wishes for breakfast, many of the staff speak English well, you can also get a typical Italian coffee served in the macchinata, we enjoyed our stay very much and may come back again

Wonderful little place in the center of Chioggia! Excellent host. Beautifully renovated and decorated rooms. Exceptionally clean. Cycling bike storage and breakfast, too!! Coming back, certò!!

Recently stayed there four days, and it was great ! House is restored beautifully with old brick walls , and exposed wooden beams. Very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was great ! Barbara is an excellent host and very helpful.

Awesome new B&B - only 2min from the center of Chioggia. Lovley boutique rooms and a delicious breakfast. Barbara and her family are very helpful in any way! There are free parking spots in front of the more than 200 years old house.

The host is very friendly, the room perfectly clean and the breakfast delicious!! The location is perfect - you are directly in the center and get within 10 minutes to the beach. I can recomand this place 100%!!
