very bad experience.. Reception asks u to add google reviews before you see the room.. And she said even ask u to search for le grace iyyer bungalow in google map and she will add 5 stars without asking you.. Very bad of influencing others without their knowledge.. My very own suggestion: I do not like any room and also its very costly.. Please make ur own decision before booking

Edit: Visited on Dec 2022. Went there after forward from another Le Grace Residency in Madhurai, as the whole city seemed to be booked out. They gave me only single non-AC room even though they had better rooms, that was promised initially. I had to take it as I was too tired and it was too late. The room was a dirty tiny affair with water-damaged mouldy walls, a toilet which has a door that cannot be closed, which lets in mosquitoes via a ventilation in there. The room resembled an uber-cheap lodge you might find nearby bus stands in the 90s. One of the worst rooms I have ever seen and would never have even stepped in there if I was not dead tired, enough to just lie down and sleep wherever I could.

It's a Mansion type. Mostly Bachelors, Students, Single working men are staying in monthly rental rooms. Not suitable for Family, Kids. Suitable for Men who prefer a short stay if they have any work in nearby areas. Toilets hygiene needs more attention. Could be maintained better or a Renovation may be done

No television working,no toilets working,no AC working bad smell all over the room disgusting. Highly not recommended. Very demoralized.

Recently stayed at this pathetic place. There was no jet spray, no mug in washroom. I think the owner expected us to carry it from our homes. The receptionist almost took my mobile out of my hand to put google review. Further they called continuously to put review. Had to block, to get rid of them.

Booked double bed A/C room but allotted only single bedded AC in which cockroach, ants and mosquitos were there. Room was not clean but toilet was clean and geycer worked well. Car is to be parked on road only. Loud noise of people speaking in ground floor disturbed sleeping also.Totally the Stay was uncomfortable

The worst stay I have ever seen. I stayed yesterday. Room will be in pathetic condition. The room service will be worst. Toilet flush will not work and if asked ,they said it's common for them. In all the rooms. Very high price. Don't ever believe the pics which are been uploaded. No car parking. They will not get your one extra bedsheet if asked. Extreme waste and worst stay I have ever experienced

Don't know how this hotel got above 4 stars in the review. The rooms are not at all clean. You can see that the walls are leaky. This is not at all a hotel to stay, they have modified a function hall rooms and added a bed which is not at all good. People will get confused because of the reviews for the function hall. We've booked the hotel and the staff refused to check-in at our check-in time as he gave those rooms to the people who have booked the function hall. Though we've booked an extra bed through MMT, they asked for extra money to get that extra bed. If you turn on AC you can't sleep as the AC is producing too much noise like it's a tractor.

Very Bad experience of staying in this room. Please avoid staying here and don't get confused with Google reviews (forcing ppls to give good reviews without customer's knowledge) and Porsche names. We stayed as bachelor's for one day and could not able to spend even one night peacefully. No room service, no water bottle nd basic necessities also not provided including bed sheets Very worst experience staying at this place.

We have booked 1 triple AC room for 2 days in make my trip app one week prior. The first day we got a cottage room because they said that triple AC rooms are full. The cottage room was so bad condition, mosquitos were there, no proper windows, and bad smell was coming. Next day they had provided the triple AC room (booked room) which was good. The staffs were friendly.

I booked two days a/c tripple sharing room earlier, but 1st day got non a/c cottage so very poor 2nd day is okay, all staff are well co- operate.
