The food is in between below average and average. May be few items will be good. But the what we have ordered were not so great. Service and everything is fine. But at the end they will force(insist) you to open maps or Google and rate their restaurant ,which I didn't like at all. We were 5 people and they literally made all of us to do this. So please don't visit the restaurant on the basis of the rating in the maps.

Came here as a friend hosted his placement party here. It was a great experience throughout. Food was delicious, Ambience was extraordinary, as a whole there was nothing to complain UNTIL the very where they pester you to open your phone and rate the restaurant. The requests turn into threats when you refuse. My friend’s phone was at 4% charge yet they did not leave her alone with the constant pestering. Absolutely horrible. And oh yeah, they brought complimentary ice cream at the end - but only to those who ‘reviewed’.

This hotel charges approximately 4k per night for 3 adults. But the service does not level up to the demanded amount. There is no iron box, the bed can accomodate only two, the person has to sleep on the floor. If the 3rd person has to sleep on the floor they've to specify it, otherwise it is an unwarranted scam. To top it all off, the hotel official coaxes us to give a good review. This hotel can not even provide tea or coffee after breakfast. There are no deserts. Such behaviour eclipses even the good side of the other ensured promises, like cleanliness.

Food was good. Service was slow. For the money, the room/service could have been better. There are no parking spaces for guest and we had to leave the car out in open. The restaurant staff were forcing the guests to rate 5 stars, peeping into our phones. Some of the staff members were continuously following upon if we rated 5 star or not. True customer experience is serving the customer right and making them feel great and it does not come from forcing them to rate 5 star. If the hotel management is reading this, please advice your employees to stop forcing customers to rate 5 stars.

The location and atmosphere is great. The manager at reception is so patient and kind to offer his seat for my kid, when my kid asked him a few questions out of curiosity. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Tea and coffee tasted the best.

The quality of the room is good. But the taste of the food is not good. Some food items tasted good. Other items are below par. Being a 3 star hotel, we expect a better taste. There is no parking space for the car. They asked to park the car outside which is bad experience. Hospitality is okay. Not a better experience for that pricing

Pros: Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean and comfortable room. Check in was hassle free. Food was consistently tasty. Bit expensive. Veg food for 2 people with one dish each costs a thousand bucks. Well connected to famous monuments and temples. Autos and shops available near by. Cons: The parking is a bit of a problem. Hardly three open spaces and the basement is unavailable. The staff, especially the serving staff at the restaurant needs to be more courteous, polite, and pleasant. Some of the waiters are plain cold like they hate that the guests are there and some are just rude. They need to train staff better. Coffee and tea are only available during thw breakfast timings. Beyond that they don't serve tea or coffee bas room service too. These are basic beverages that should be available round the clock for guests. Hot water supply is a bit weak in the shower. Works with tap only. Overall a good hotel. Needs improvement in certain aspects. Will recommend to others visiting Warangal.

Rooms are a bit small but are very clean and well equipped. Everything is in place to make your stay comfortable. Room service is fast and wide variety of veg and non veg foods to choose from. Ample parking for cars. Friendly staff. Overall a good stay

Very nice hotel for family. Location is also good. Breakfast menu is good. Only issue we faced is that my parents were given room on first floor but there was a lot of disturbance from a party hall next to the room. They could not sleep. Mgmt should make sure that such discomfort should not be caused to the customers.

We came here for food, did not stay. We had breakfast, and every item was so exquisitely made and very tasty. The unique options and variety in the dosa idly, Vada was really great! The service did take time, each dish took some time to get to the table, but the food more than compensated.. The staff was very courteous. For the quality of the food, the price was relatively cheap.

We spent two nights at Hotel Thousand Pillars. While the hotel is centrally located and close to key attractions, it is an average hotel. The rooms are relatively small, they do provide essential amenities and maintain cleanliness. It's worth noting that the towels were not clean, so I recommend bringing your own. The restaurant offers decent food, but it's advisable to communicate your preferred spice levels, as we found some dishes excessively spicy. A notable drawback was the breakfast menu on both days was same. We had an unsettling incident where our room was mistakenly opened by another guest during the night. The staff apologized and promptly moved us to an adjacent room with a functioning lock. Unfortunately, the hotel management's efforts to fix the lock issue of other room created lot of noise during late-night and early-morning, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. This incident contributed to our decision to reduce our rating accordingly.

Hotel is located in the main city of hanamkonda, hotel is well. Maintained and provide all amenities in the rooms. Food is excellent 👍 and rooms are well neat n clean. Housekeeping team provides excellent service to attend guest requests. Reception team is well professional. Warm welcoming staff with big smile 😁 always. Never seen such attitude in any hotel. They outright reject any issues you have as your imagination. The first response I got for AC not working in the room was - " no one complained till now, so there is no problem.". Any feedback on service or food or any other thing is met with a standard response, our hotel/services are best, the problem is with you. This despite booking 4 luxury rooms (which are the top end rooms for them). Never bothered to even listen to our issues. Strongly recommend to never even try this hotel

Hotel seems new and neat. But charges seems high compared to the room size and ambience. Did not try lunch. Breakfast was good. Tried curd rice in the night. It was good. No idea about other items. Didn't click photos, so unable to contribute

Hotel Thousand Pillar in Hanamkonda offers a beautiful and picturesque setting, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. However, the service at the hotel can be quite slow, which may lead to frustration for some visitors. Additionally, while the food served at the hotel is decent, it falls short of culinary excellence, leaving room for improvement. Another downside is the high prices, which can be a deterrent for budget-conscious travelers. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's charming location and pleasant ambiance make it an attractive choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Amazing stay with a friendly staff. The only issue was mosquitoes but the staff did help with the spray for the same. The in-house kitchen had good options for lunch and dinner and we loved the food. For breakfast the options were less but was ok. We once got bread with moulds but when brought to notice a fresh batch was brought to us. The staff at the dinner asked for our mobile so that they could post a review for themselves but I declined for it which was very odd. Nevertheless the food was amazing and we liked it.

The rooms were good but they have only one Deluxe room per floor, so plan carefully. Had a good stay with family here. Recommended for families. The only thing missing is the travel desk, hope they will arrange it in future. The location and atmosphere is great. The manager at reception is so patient and kind to offer his seat for my kid, when my kid asked him a few questions out of curiosity. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Tea and coffee tasted the best. 👍🏼❤️❤️❤️

It was good. But there are some shortcomings. Complimentary breakfast menu is the same every day, there is no change. Taste and quality is good though. There's a big problem for parking the car in the cellar. Watchman hesitates to open the gate to parking. Don't know why.

Excellent service in the Room and quite delicious food in the restaurant. They have adequate staff to ensure prompt services. Right from Check in process or ordering Tea in the room, it was fast.. Front office representative/receptionist was very professional and she completed the check in process quickly ( 5-10 minutes). Restaurant Manager was quite efficient as well. Bell Boys and Service boys were also well behaved and did their bit quite well. Car Parking is available in the basement but usually full. However, there is a security guard outside just infront of the hotel who oversees the cars parked outside

Exceptional restaurant in the Warangal Area. 3 words— Incredible. Unique. Unforgettable! We enjoyed not only the outstanding food but the quick service and great atmosphere! Staff was wonderful and took great care of us! Soups, Starters & Biryani were amazing. We will definitely be back!

The hotel, dining and service was beyond my expectation. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping and in-house dining is excellent. The buffet breakfast from 8 am is delicious. The check-out and billing were hassle-free. The staff is very courteous and speaks and understands English. I definitely prefer Thousand Pillars for my next visit to Kazipet/Warangal.

We ordered pepper mushroom and bamboo chicken biryani. Food was delicious. Prices are very reasonable to afford. Staff is so friendly and food delivered in time as they mentioned before.

The place is definitely worth a try, the rooms are cozy and a bit smaller than you can see in the images. However, they are quite comfortable for 2. The service of the staff is quick and their room service is on point. The best part is the restaurant, the food is amazing and the best in the place. Must try.
