Good relaxing place with fully covered with greenery. Exciting thing is that we have a private swimming pool access just behind the rooms. Tasty and quality food. Purely vegetarian. Disappointing side is no outdoor games are working.

Great food staff and place. Pool concept is amazing. Read a few issues about unclean pool but they have water quality records updated on a daily basis from a third party and it seemed to be fine. Used pool and many sports. No reaction to water. Recommended stay! Truly a resort feel.

Village retreat should be visited for the location itself. It takes you away from a polluted atmosphere to a completely different green world. Concept is very peaceful, serene, enjoyable, fresh and Amazing. Though pool and adventure games are unavailable due to Govt restrictions because of pandemic this place has enough to entertain adults and kids with the location itself. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Service was amazing and the model of rooms is too good. Thank you! However there is no kitchen available in resort but food will be delivered from a nearby hotel.

Very bad experience at village retreat resort. We went for a day outing and saw the rooms were not that great. Pool was not clean at all. People in the next room were smoking outdoor. You cannot step in the pool. The food was just average, The only thing I like was jeera rice with was good in taste. Overall 2/5 Room 3/5 Food 2/5 Pool 1/5 Ambience not that good at all.

This was a weekend overnight stay. From Chennai this is a bit long distance, but people who wanna long drive will like this. The resort was very neat and nicely maintained. The swimming pool could be accessed via your rooms which will be a great advantage for ladies. Resort provides a 100% pure vegetarian buffet food which really give you a good taste. Service by the resort team were excellent. Both friends and families will get a happy and get a satisfying stay here. I recommend this resort..

Lovely stay at village retreat. They have pool connected to all the rooms. They provide only veg food items and no alcohol which is very much appreciative one.Pool is only 3 or 3.5 ft so even 8 years old kid can swim safely. Water is maintained well. They have huge play area. Suitable for families and even office get to togethers.

Lovely place, quiet ambiance, very clean swimming pool, lot of fun game spaces available, safe & ideal for family & kids. Play rooms are good but sweats a lot as AC didnt work in the table tennis play roomwhen we visited, friendly staffs, veg. food only but tasty with a variety menu The only issue is room becomes fully wet as all the rooms are connected directly to the pool. If they are able to supply atleast 3 floor towels for each room then my first choice will be this one, among all resorts near chennai.

Excellent place to relax yourself with family. Good resort architecture with nice ambience. Staffs are kind and helpful. can't say enough about this place.. a well maintained swimming pool & excellent options for outdoor activities. You can go for a long walk in the late night and the environment is just so peaceful. The room is very good.!
