If you can afford it then go for it. Make sure you look and do an inspection on the actual apartment, you will receive before signing the agreement. There were minor repairs & missed issues with the paint on some areas of the apartment. Very nice community and 3 bedroom & 2 bathrooms are very comfortable, except garage is very narrow for a large SUV. Do you have to pay additional for additional parking spaces besides two. Due to high cost of living in California & corporate greed as well as California is getting too expensive living for me with family. That's why I am only staying here beyond 14 plus months and moving to Nevada.

Could not recommend Kristina and the team enough! We’ve just relocated to a larger unit after living at Provence for nearly three years. Kristina was so helpful , professional , patient and kind. She is super knowledgeable , answered a million questions, went through various options to do everything she could to accommodate our needs. Provence is a really great community to live , the office and maintenance do an exceptional job to make it such a lovely place to call home.

This property, The Provence at Valencia, is the best property I have lived in. The Management genuinely makes effort to listen and provide resolution to issues that are balanced with the actions that they may take and the confines of protecting the Owner's interest. - I sincerely appreciate the management staff at The Provence thus far. They worked with me to move in two weeks earlier than planned and, have continued to be pleasant and helpful! When I have seen them in passing, they ask how everything is going and whether I need anything. The maintenance staff is also pleasant and courteous. There was an issue impacting my disability and the maintenance supervisor mitigated it immediately. This Greystar management staff at this location appears exceptional.

I have lived in this community for 6 months and my family and I love it. The property and apartments are very attractive and family oriented. The leasing office and maintenance team are very professional and take care of all issues on a timely matter. If you are looking to move here I recommend to ask for Kristina, she’s very professional, friendly and is always happy to help. She made the moving process go smooth. Moving to this community was the best decision for my family.

A few months ago we moved to Provence at Valencia. Both my family and I are very happy with the apartment, the social areas and above all Kristina and her team, they are proactive and nice.

Currently a resident here, and I honestly don’t know where to start on my praise. From the very moment I started looking into living here I was greeted by an exceptionally helpful and kind staff, and that has not changed at all since then. This residence is peaceful, clean, well-kept, and the sense of community is nice. I cannot think of anything I would have a complaint about, and I am very happy to have this place to call home for my family and I. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

We just moved here last week and I have to say, the process was flawless. Upon arrival, the apartment was cleaned throughly and there was even a gift welcome home basket! I was so touched by that. Brittany helped us with this whole process. She was so kind, supportive and informative. Any question we had she answered in a timely manner. She along with the entire staff were very friendly which sadly, isn't something that is standard anymore in customer service. After living here about a week, the grounds are very well maintained and the community seems friendly and very safe. The staff organizes parties for the community when special events are happening. This reinforces a strong sense of community which we enjoy and look forward to participating in. The pool is closed right now for renovations but we are hoping it will open once it gets warmer and we can’t wait to actually get to enjoy that amenity as it was a huge reason why we moved here. We looked at over 11 apartments in Valencia and Provence is by far the best. Gated community, check. Pool, check. Gym, check. Attached garage, check. Smoke free community, check. Drug free community, check. Playground, check. This is a great place for families. They even have gorgeous twinkle lights that light up the entrances at night. This place thinks of the “extra” touches for its renters and that’s why we choose this apartment community. If you want to feel like someone is going the extra mile for you, do yourself a favor and stop looking around and just move here. You’ll love it like we do.

What a great experience moving here. Kristina and the office staff are all amazing. Kristina helped us with the move in process and made it smooth and simple. She answered all our questions. She showed us all our options at the time. Family and I have been here for a few months. Community is really nice. Maintenance staff responds quick to service requests and are all really nice. Our family is happy and enjoying our new home.
