This
was
the
worse
information
provider
I
have
ever
encountered
in
my
life.
Went
there
asking
for
information
about
Mulholland
drive,
a
scenic
drive
above
the
LA
city,
but
the
customer
representative,
who
was
present
there
had
no
idea
what
scenic
route
I
was
asking
about.
He
did
not
know
and
admitted
it
there
was
a
scenic
drive
of
such
name
in
LA!!
The
second
point
of
interest
I
inquired
more
information
rather
than
what
I
found
on
google
about
was
Heritage
Square
Museum
in
Los
Angeles.
This
time
again
the
same
customer
representative
along
with
one
other
did
not
know
what
I
was
talking
about.
The
other
person
offered
me
to
google
it,
which
I
said
to
her
that
I
had
already
done
it,
but
I
needed
more
information
than
what
was
online.
This
woman
insisted
on
looking
it
up
on
google.
I
let
her
do
it,
but
to
my
second
shock
she
informed
me
that
this
place
was
located
outside
of
LA
about
30miles.
She
insisted
on
this
and
I
insisted
on
the
fact
that
(and
if
you
mind
"googeling"
it)
it's
10
miles
from
their
office
still
in
LA
city.
I
left
never
looking
back.
I
had
more
information
about
city
I
did
not
live
in
than
these
two
people
living
in
the
city
and
actually
working
in
a
tourist
info
office.
UNBELIEVABLE.
If
you
are
looking
for
tourist
information
go
somewhere
else.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
parking
validation
come
here,
no
questions
asked
like
I
saw
many
people
did.
(I
validated
with
the
TCL
Chinese
Theater).
UNBELIEVABLE.
