The simhachalam hills mostly known for the varahanarasimha Swamy temple. A must visit to experience the power of the lord in main sanctum sanctorum. Varahanarasimha Swamy is covered with sandal paste throughout the year to keep him cool. Layers of sandal paste is applied yet one can still experience the heat once entered the garbha gruha.

A very big and open place is located near the junction however not good to bring kids and females as there is a wine shop near by due to which it's a not pleasant place to choose. For solo travellers it's a good point to take a small break from ride and this is the only traffic point before entering Simhachalam

Gets heavy traffic at 6-7pm in the evening everyday. Other wise this road is fine for people who are travelling from vepagunta , simhachalam to city.
