One of the worst shops ever for school shoes. I have purchased shoes for my daughter and in less than 90 days, they were torn from under the sole. The manager or the lady at the store never bothered about the shoes when taken to them. They kept the shoes with them for a week and after calling them multiple times, started telling that they will put gum in the shoes and give. This also they didn't do till date and I have no hopes on them. They only worry about their business and income but not about customers satisfaction. Pathetic service and products at Hirawats Gopalapatnam.
