They selling damage sarees common people not know inside what happen some people regularly checking sarees. yesterday we buy the saree Rs 1000 very full rush with people.we checked today that saree is damaged inside .we went to shop and asking for exchange

Staff behavior is worest they wont even respond if we ask anything and also gets irritated if asked for anything. Why lucky management is not bothering about gopalapatnam branch while other branches are good at customer care.

No hospitality... Staff are feeling as if they are distributing free sarees to public. Service is very poor... Rates are high... Sales girls/boys are not showing interest in sales... Just they are telling rates and standing, that too if we go to the counter particularly and when we ask only.. nobody is receiving and guiding...They not trying to impress the customers by explaining the details of the product... Simply, one word answers they are giving to the customers' questions.. They are not bothered about their sales.. Traditional cloth shops where we used to sit on white beds on floors...those shops are the best than this type of corporate shops..They show each saree until customer is fully satisfied . Customers will get there good respect & satisfaction when they step out from the shop, about their purchase in those shops... We purchased today for Rs. 3000 around in lucky shopping mall..they gave these items in s polythene bag initially... when we asked, then they gave one carry bag. Since the number of items purchased are around 5 items, to make it easy forcarrying in two different bags, we requested for another bag...the lady employee stood at bags counter rudely answered and did not give the another bag... Not satisfactory for me....

Lucky is name exactly suit for this mall.women were crowded 365 days.i don't know exactly what makes them attract.in sankranti,dasara festival time heavy crowd appears.they beat out CMR,kalyanee,etc in sales.ladies sarees were available in reasonable rates and so many designs were available it's the main reason for rush.

One of the best malls in the vizag that has the latest collection of sarees and men's wear. But the mall is only famous because of ladies 😂 whatever the family program was every time families came to this shopping mall for maximum discount and collection.

I love the collection they have and the staff there are really friendly at gopalapatnam lucky shopping mall branch especially they had various varieties of dresses We can buy dresses easily without confusion. We can buy at reasonable cost. 1000 of varties. We can buy what ever design we like and am really impressed with the way they treat.... Need to fix budget friendly costs for customers please

90 percent chance you will find the clothing what you want here.....all mid range prices...quality is good

The salesmen are very good. You can find everything ranging from kids wear to curtains, blankets, western wear and branded clothing. The main problem with this store is that it is always busy. The other is that the quality of clothing is not good.

A place where we can buy all types of dresses for all age groups of people, During festivals this shop will be very crowded, there won't be place for proper standing and no proper parking facilities

The only reason I shop at lucky is becaus of amazing discounts and amazing ethnic wear collection. All new models and new color combination. Also there is exchange of garments available which makes it more trustworthy. But the garment needs to be brought as it was purchased. They'll do a thorough inspection before the exchange but most of the time it's a 100% guaranteed exchange. The best part is no matter which branch of lucky you go it provides the same quality. Trial rooms are available in some lucky' but are not allowed to use in some by the customers. Billing process simple.

More collection and reasonable price for middle class people..value for money

Short frocks and long frocks are very good looking and good collection. Sarees are also superb. But there isn't a good collection of chudidhars and half sarees and even Kurtis also..

The store is always busy. Sales girls/boys are not showing interest in Low price sales. No Parking Space at all. This Company mainly became famous targeting Middle class but now it became commercial but still it is a good option for shopping mainly for women wear.
