Tortoise is faster than the kind of service we get in this store. This is the worst service I have ever seen in any of the Apollo pharmacies. Despite bad review and all, I don't understand why the management is not trying to change the staff or service people here. I feel there's no need of changing people but train the people well so that the customers can recieve better service and can save their time...!
