This is an excellent gym especially for women who have stubborn fat to lose . I have worked with multiple personal trainers but RK sir’s training is the best of all . He is very patient and knows to work as per body type and medical conditions. He starts with very basic which is the best since there is no show off with equipment . He works slowly with you to build muscle strength first and then continues with intensive training. We worked together as a team during personal training and focused on training anyone , without a doubt best gym in Vizag. We ❤️❤️❤️ u

The gym management organise extra curricular activities which makes the people get together. The hill trekking which is conducted once a year has always been my favourite thing..,❤️😍🤩

Its a nice gym and there was a all type equipments and the gym facilities also very good and nice condition the gym coach was very cool and they explain all types of exercises and they have good knowledge about body building and finally i loved the total gym 👌👌👌👌💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
