Although it didn't qualify for the first time buyer 10% discount the online team reached out and made a way. I placed the order on Tuesday and it arrived in Cape town today aka 2 days later :-) very impressed.

Wow ! This is not a shop but in fact a all in one shopping experience. Clothing range like none other and then all the speciality departments. Carol Boyce , perfumery and sport clothing all the way to very formal wear. The staff are very helpful and will serve you like no other place. And then when you get tired or overloaded yo can relax in the cafeteria with something to eat and drink.

I actually didn't know this place existed. I was in the area and my brother called to ask me to go there for him. I really loved walking around this store. It just had an elegance about it. They have a lovely little restaurant with very professional staff and it was a pleasure earing there. The store has two bag options a black one and a white one. I can't remember which is which but one says u are happy to shop alone the other says u would like assistance. The staff then know if they must approach u while u are shopping. You can approach anyone and they will assist u or get the right person to assist u. They have all the big name brands in one place and the staff said they call the center "little Dubai" which is cute. All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience and I will be going back some day. It's just a little far from where I live that prevents more frequent shopping.

I purchased this product on a Monday morning and By Wednesday it was delivered to my door. Great quality shoe as advertised in the picture. You can definitely trust that what you see is what you will get. I am truly happy with the convenience of their online shopping and shipping. Lovely Service!!

I placed an order last month. Made error in selecting size call the online team for the alteration of size (Shazia) but still wrong size was delivered. Ok cool immediatley i lodged return , they said they dont have sizes but when i check online i found them. I then requested for a refunds i have been calling for almost 3 weeks now but still no refunds. Poor online service

I purchased Birkenstocks from Sedgars Vereeniging online. The size dispatched was not the size ordered, they were whey too large (although only 0.5 out). I emailed the Sedgars Online Web address, they arranged collection for a refund or exhange soon thereafter. Ibrahim personally contacted me telephonically and found the correct size and gave me some colour options, they were then dispatched soon thereafter and received withing a few days. Thank you Sedgars Vereeniging & Ibrahim for excellent service.

I had the BEST support from the STAFF working in the 2 separate shoe departments! Sales Rep 132/Jeffrey. I haven't got words for all the support he gave. And all the boxess of shoes he curried to try and help me. And I got the shoes to fit me after I had a foot operation. Thank you very much.

We ordered Caterpillar boots online. Worse experience ever. They told me after the purchase that the boots are out of stock and I can choose something else, fine by me. I choose other boots and I had to call the online department several times to beg for my order. Then I spoke to Jeffrey at the shoe department, honestly he was the only helpful person there. My package was then send to the wrong address. I had to phone again to ask for my package. I received it almost 2 weeks later. Jeffrey was an absolute star, but I won't buy from this store again. Zero stars.

Love the new shop. It gives exclusive vibes I have only experienced overseas. However, the staff is still very annoying - wanting to help, even if you choose a bag that says shop alone. It really ruins an experience when you have tons of people wanting to help if you really just want to browse on your own.

Ordered shoes in December which were too big for me. I sent them back and 2 months later I'm still waiting for my refund. I have contacted customer support countless times but they don't seem to be bothered.

This is an amazing shopping experience. Dawood is my man and he helped me right through from choosing suits that got tailored the same day, to shoes, ties, shirts, and everything in between. Being able to buy all your clothing needs in one place and even other stuff like furniture, phones perfumes, etc. is super convenient.

This was amazing experience. The second I walked inside it felt like I was instantly transported to Dubai. This Sedgars just broke all and any expectations I had. You can find many home based products here from bedding to furniture and kitchen appliances. The is some amazing clothing options available with a good variety of shoes accompanying the clothes. As you go further back they have a large variety of sporting clothes and equipment. Just a great experience overall

They have horrible customer service. Unprofessional, they talk over you and won't let you explain anything. Orders say available online but when you've paid and follow up, the item is apparently sold-out. When you call in you're told the item is in stock and will be delivered today. 3 days later nothing! And when you call they claim delivery will be made today. Whats with that?

Beautiful store, that may be a bit pricey, but do have a few specials here and there that could make it worth your while. They seem to love to give discounts. They stock quality products and have a Carol Boyes Corner. They also specialize in various brand names. A real upper-class experience where service is truly great. They have more than enough assistants on the floor to assist with finding what you need.
