Just bought fish and chips there , and this place is not the same place from years ago The fish was rubbery and the chips was old , not a good meal at all

The staff of this establishment are always friendly and helpful, from the service staff to the owner. The shop is always clean and hygienic. The shelves are always neatly packed and fully stocked. The prepared foods are always fresh and tasty. I have noticed something that is very special to me as I have never seen it done before, anywhere. All the yogurts on the shelf has a disposable plastic spoon attached to the tub for the customers convenience. A small gesture like that will go a long way in terms of customer service. A truly wonderful experience to shop there.

Certainly not as it used to be, we have supported this place for years and especially massive fans of the hot dog pie. Unfortunately the last 2 occasions the food was disgusting and the service even worse we felt unwelcome. Price has gone up significantly but wouldn't mind paying that if the food is good. Our last experience yesterday the pie dough was raw and the hotdogs tasted horrible, hardly any sauce. Won't see me again

Ladies at counter kept talking to each other even after I stood in front of them needing service. Food is expensive there..it is fresh though
