Since it was winter, we had to visit this place. But the thing is, whether you get into the pools or not, for entering you have to pay the entry fee. Which is not fair. They even gave tags for your hands after you pay the entry fee. So you can check it while someone is entering the pool. Collecting the full amount from someone who is getting into the pools and who is not using any of them is not fair. Just wish they consider that point.

Some much potential and equally so disappointing 😞. The place looks amazing and the children were so excited. Sadly the slide, waterfall and most of the pools were closed on the day we visited. Only the small children’s pool was working. We still had a fab time, would be great to go when everything works.

Visited Aquadome 3 times in 2022. 27th Jan was the most Serene and enjoyable (perhaps due to holiday period quietening down pics attached are from Jan 2022 visit). Feb 2022 was fine and the past weekend December 2022 had lines to go in. Many different pools with different heat levels (lounging pool, pool with slides, small lazy river), facilities include change rooms, toilets and showers. On site food but not halaal. Games area for kids available. Outside Aquadome but on the premises is a beautiful putt putt area, kids jungle gym area and restaurant. Overall, scenic and picturesque. Emerald is a huge premises, aquadome is one of the sites within emerald. There is an animal and zoo kingdom with separate entry fees. Also a safari tour every hour but when we visited, the ground was still wet from rains the previous night and safari was a no go. Their website is worth checking out.

It's a very interesting place to go as a date or family. In each swimming pool there's a life guard, there are restaurants right inside the building. Warm pools and good music outside view. It is clean and healthy

Had so much fun here. This place is great for families. Lots of things to do, we even lost track of time and next thing we knew its was time to go. The pools are warm and they have a variety of sizes for different age groups and swimming capacities. The food was also good. Again they have a variety of foods to choose for you and the family. Loved this place!! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Wow what a lovely place to beat. The kids had so much fun we even forgot about loadshedding. Alot of people where there, you could smell the chlorine the minute you stepped in. Unfortunately due to the number of people the cleanliness of the water doesn't last long though above ground now and then you'll see someone cleaning up and picking up papers. We really had a lovely day out

Such a neat well-laid out facility. Plenty fun and games for the family. We played 10 pin bowling, putt putt and enjoyed a variety of animals at animal world. All animals very well taken care of. Will definitely come back

A place very conducive for a family date. There's a supervision for those who can't swim like me. The water is warm, therefore no need to worry about little ones catching flue. This is such a nice place, you really wanna be here in this insane amount of heat.

Pools was well maintained and all in working condition. Hot and cold pools. Ample lifeguards at all pools. Food and drink stalls. Bathroom with shower also well maintained They even had lockers you can rent to keep belongings safe. Overall we all had a fantastic day and enjoyed our time there.

Emerald Casino is such a nice place to go out with family or friends. It's like a home away from home. The first time I visited the place was a family outing in 2018 and I thank my aunt for showing me that there are places like these in South Africa. I enjoyed the different temperature swimming pools more and the Thriller slide. Enjoyed plenty of my time outdoors engaging in different acts of activities. Played soccer on the fields with my brother, enjoyed the sand Volleyball and threw a couple of 3 point shots and dunked on the basketball court. The outing really restored my Familys Culture and Joy because at that time we were going through a hard time as a Family. If you haven't been there before I would totally recommend people to go there as I've been sharing my experience with my peers. 2 years after and I'm still looking back at the memories made and Happienson my relatives faces. THANK YOU EMERALD CASINO AND RESORT.❤ Now well since I'm doing my first year in NORTH-WEST UNIVERSITY (VAAL VAMPUS) and it's just away from campus, I'm looking forward to many Memories being made with friends. 🏊‍♀️ -with love from Thomas 💫

Am not so certain but a very relaxed place for an outing with family members or a group of friends, but it took a very long time to enter in the afternoon as people were slowly streaming out - some improvement needed there, the price I think too steep for each member considering that some are still scholars and pressure exerted by Covid - 19 besides, there is still food and beverages to buy - I really plead for clemency here. The area of the pools also, it 's a bit small I think, considering it' s popularity but nonetheless it is magnificent place for an outing.

Very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. A number of pools, lazy river, slide, waterfall and outdoor area with volleyball, soccer and picnic area. Pools are heated with the hottest one around 30 degrees. Located in Emerald with a lot of restaurants, accommodation and other things to do. Well worth a visit.

Loads of fun times. Just that on Monday the 31st of August the heaters were off and the water was cold. But the kids had lots of fun..

Nice family outing. Lazy river, kids pool and adjoining pool is not a warm as it should be and that makes it a bit uncomfortable. The lazy river especially is also due for a resurface as the roughness really takes a toll on feet after a while. More shade also needed outside. But other than that, its a perfectly good day gettaway.

This place is really awesome, spacious and fun. Lots for the kids to do and very well kept and maintained, the changing rooms are clean and tidy, the pools are clean. The outside area is spacious. It does however get very fully and very busy. Also Google says they ate open till 8pm and they are not so just phone and confirm

Great facility, with clean and warm swimming pools, clean toilets and changing area. Took kids for a swim on a rainy day and we had loads of fun. Only bummer was that we are not allowed to take Snacks inside. Overall great place, highly recommend it.

Great price for entrance. There is a new sausage saloon there which was cheap and service was excellent. Only complaint is the bathrooms were not clean by the end of the day. Take your own lock for the lockers.

The pools are warm and nice. Though this place does get very packed, and then gets a little too warm inside. There is a beautiful outdoor place for a picnic scene, there is a bar and food place.

We enjoyed this place very much. Very well organised and facilities are clean and well maintained. Plenty of fun for everyone. I will highly recommend this place, especially if you have toddlers. The pools are heated and the kids really have fun.

Wow! This place is amazing and safe. Drinks are not allowed into the premises. It's a good place for children and acts to relax and unwind. There are guards everywhere. There was a section for the club lovers, too, where people smoke. I only hated how we inhaled the smoke of cigarettes in our section with toddlers.
