I dont understand what happend??? Your branch has always had excelent service,food and everything but for the past two months the Three Rivers branch has gone bad! Second time we recieve the incorrect order, just two weeks ago needed to wait up untill an hour for the box meal to be completed....only to get home and have chillies all over our normal beef burger king box burgers.... The service dramatically went up to 0!!! We were always proud to buy at our three rivers branch and bragged about your customer service from the employees...now everything is just a dissapointment really, please return back to your good service given, we will praise you everytime for good service but now its just pathetic!

Food ordered in Drive-through was hot and fresh. However, the chicken was not drained well and had way too much oil. Even though there was only 2 cars in front of me, they took about 15 min before i recieved my order and it was 3:15 pm. The slip could not be read as there was hardly any ink on the slip and the buttons on the card machine was stuck. The attendant said she has mentioned this to the manager months ago. I hope these matters are addressed to my make the customer experience more pleasant, as your food is really great otherwise.

Really angry.. bag came wet to our house food drop on the ground, they gave us wrong oder, and we paid so much for small bugers!!! Not only that they gave us the dame chicken even had sand on it!!!!!! There is even a piece of stick in the food!!!!!!! Manger goodwell was no help at all

Chicken patty was rock hard and tasted old, could not eat the BK crunch burger. Lettuce had brown spots on then (not fresh). Money wasted.

We waited around 50 mins in the Drive thru/through with 3 cars in front of us, they almost gave us the wrong order when we eventually got OUR order, the chicken tenders were undercooked (still raw) and both our nacho cheese fries had a minimal amount of cheese and jalapenos compared to other franchises and was not companied by forks, they also did not answer their phone.

I bought the Burger King Combo 1 and Burger King Combo 3. They did not supply the 500ml drink that is supposed to be part of the Combo 2 meal. I was angry

It's hard not to like burger kings food but the staff is not what it used to be, we went through the drive through and the lady took our order incorrectly, then when she told us the amount we asked if she is sure because it should be more and she got irritated with us but admitted she couldn't hear so great, still, the food is as always amazing.

Came inside the store to order a meal around 13:40 and the lady behind the till has a terrible attitude. Very unfriendly.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We didnt even have to wait that long for our oder even though the place was packed.

Fast and good quality food. Just be warned for end of the month. A lot of people orders food there at the end of the month and you will wait a while.

Very nice burger King, with a drive-thru. They also have their own parking space. Very clean and well kept. You can pour your own drinks as much as you want to but it's only acidic drinks and water.

This is the most awesome Burger king I've ever visited. Fastest service. Delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff

The experience was very nice, the food was great, the inside is very clean, the staff could be much friendlier and not have a permanent attitude. The survey that i was pressured into taking gives you a free Kids Whopper on the next R30 you spend, but what they don't tell you is that it expires in 2 Days, even though it says it's for your Next Visit, that Next Visit is supposed to be within 2 Days.

Always great to have options, I have has some inconsistencies in the food quality but for the most part it's great.
