I absolutely adore this place. I come here, de-stress, nice staff, absolutely lovely food. It's really amazing that one can get the humility and kindness of staff not treating you like a transaction. I have been to many wimpy outlets, I am really happy about this wimpy. It's my go to place after a long day before fetching my son from school. The play area is outside the establishment, the staff literally go and fetch your little one when the food is ready. Safe play area. Love ❤ it.

Had the most delicious food here. There service and attention to detail and the needs of their customers is outstanding! Truly an amazing experience. Great Sunday breakfast spot, very vibey. I will definitely be coming back for more. 👌👌👌👌

Ordered food and specifically requested meals to be well done. Meals arrived, found hair in the fries. After a complaint the fries were replaced. Chicken wings were raw, despite requesting everything to be well done. My wife did not eat that meal. I finished my meal, then had to go find my waitress to request our drinks. They arrived flat as they had obviously been standing waiting on the waitress to bring them to the table. I’ve never had such atrocious service from any Wimpy before! A one star rating is still to high. You’ve lost us as customers. EDIT: A week later and no contact whatsoever. The don't care attitude just makes sure that you will never see me again! EDIT2 (24 December 2022): It’s been a month, and no contact made at all. This seems to be the Wimpy way, ignore complaints until they are forgotten!

This Wimpy is reminiscent of the olden day Wimpy’s who have served nothing but quality. Thumbs Up!

I got a pleasant professional reception when i got to this place. I was served with delicious meal and i felt Oh my Gosh i paid my money for a good reason. Food is excellent, didn't have a problem and are always ready to customize my order. Service is good, atmosphere is peaceful during the week when there's no kids around. And they have Salah facilities available ♥️

Due to a power outage at my home I spent the whole morning at wimpy. The staff was excellent especially my waiter Mavis and the Manager. Food service is good and fast! Will be coming back as I definitely recommend it!

Mahadi was a great waitress. She was very attentive and a lovey person. She worked great with my kids and her service was at an amazing standard.

First time we visited wimpy Arconpark and what an amazing experience. We dont eat pork and it was such a pleasure to look at a menu where you have more than 2 options to pick from as with otjer wimpies. The waitress Matseleng was very friendly and helpfull. The service from mahadi was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better server , experience was a solid 10/10 and would highly recommend, the staff are all super friendly as well

Service is great but food is poor and taste of the food does not agree with my palette at all. The menu has changed and you pay more for less food. Unfortunately I won't be visiting again.

The food is always delicious, all the staff is always patient, kind and super helpful with a smile on their face, they make you feel so invited and are even patient with the kids ! Yusuf is always inviting and never fails to make you smile. I will always go here and recommend it to anyone especially families as they have a play area for the kids!

Exceptionally kind and friendly staff. I spent about 5 hours at the establishment while I dined and worked on my laptop. I was regularly checked-in on, received friendly service by the waiters and manager, and never made to feel uncomfortable. The food and dessert was incredible as the service!

They have such a great play area where kids play. And the manager is very polite and friendly. It's a great place to chill.....
