I always fill up at this Shell service station. It’s close to me, and they have a female attendant who always greets me. Sadly, I will no longer be filling up at this station due to the ungodly practice of seismic surveillance on our beautiful wild coast, 😡😡 and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Consistently good service time and time again. Every pump has a petrol attendant. Clicks club cards rewards accumulate quickly. The Vida Cafe is brilliant, excellent coffee and staff. Toilets are always clean

I only fill petrol here as the service is great,the staff efficient and friendly. Inside is a cafe vida which has the best double espresso's I have ever had. The staff know my son's name and his favourite order and we are greeted when we walk in,before we have even reached the coffee bar. Our orders are shouted out as we walk in and ready .the barristas are lively and friendly. Shell also has the best muffins around ;-)

Today after work, stop in for fuel, smokes and a packet of sweets for my step daughter I get charged an extra R80 for a "hot chocolate" that was in now way or possibility on the bill. After challenging the cashier it's clear they were trying to joeps me of R80 bucks as I was coincidentally paying in cash.... I'd watch your cashiers..... Thanks

I've been coming here so often, even when it is out of my way, because the service here is excellent. Loyiso even suggested a loyalty card. Both him and Jennifer brighten my morning.

I was disappointed by petrol attendant. I asked for air on my tyres and the attendant did not replace the cap. When I asked he said he dropped it. I'm concerned that If I did not notice I would be without cap. Also I felt like I was being ignored when I addressed with him.

Pathetic service!!! Very irritated by the way I was helped by the Vida e caffe cashier. I had a coupon for a R150 at a Vida E Caffe and the cashier only rung up a Medium Cappuccino. I told him not to finish the order as I'd like to use up the entire coupon as I'm not sure if the coupon declines when trying to use it again. I then get a Medium Cappuccino and worst of all it was just the cappucino that was rung up and had to pay separate for the oat milk. I then asked to add other drinks to the bill and he told me the coupon declined. So for a R150 coupon I got a R38 Cappucino, which he then added that I should pay for the rest as he claimed the R150 coupon for 1 coffee. Outrageous!!!!! I'm greatly dissatisfied with what happened and hope it can be rectified.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic service at Shell in Sunninghill! Honestly can't beat the service by the petrol attendants, management and staff at the coffee bar and tills. Keep up the super work!!!

I was discriminated by attendent J Maseeme he filled up my fuel on 13 jan 22 at 08 34 pump at and before he fished he was busy with someone else because my car is small and i had to ask another attendent to wash my windscreen and balance my tires

Best Petrol Station in Sunninghill, staff are always on the ball and the four square is spotless.

Friendly and nice, one the employees in the shop keeps insisting I should buy him a drink, I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. However I don't have an issue, they should learn that just because someone looks young it doesn't mean that they can try exploit them, treat all customers equally no matter the age or looks. In general my experiences with them have always been great

I have been filling up at this service station for the past 12 years at least. Staff are great and service is always good. However the convenience store is over priced with most of their products. As much as I understand that these stores operate on a 24hr basis but their markup on stuff is ridiculous in comparison to other service stations. The owners are just plain down greedy. I paid R290 for a cake that sells for R219 from the Chateau Gateaux retailer. Placing a R71 mark up on this item just for convenience does not justify your pricing. I understand you have to operate and make a profit but please be realistic on your margins. This is an example of just one of the over priced items in store. This is what happens when fatcat service station owners are not regulated in thus country so they can do as they please 🙄

Slowest most useless car wash. Going on an hour and still car has not been washed. First and last time

Received the worst possible service today and the attendant was arrogant enough to look at me as he started serving another client whilst he saw me standing waiting for service, went to complain to supervisor in-store and while explaining the situation he decides to serve another client who came in after me. Absolutely disgusting, no apologies received and the owner just walks pass as if it's got nothing to do with her.

Best Best Best service station ever. I do not fill up anywhere else if I can help it. All the staff are great. From vida to shell to the pumps. I love the fact that they are quick, efficient, responsive, competent, professional and focussed on customers! So refreshing ! The owners are amazing. Hands on! Obviously taking good care of their team as their staff has been working for them for years and years ! Happy staff = happy clients !

Pathetic Service by Attendant's Clement and Andries! They are both rude and uncouth! When asked to speak to a manager was told to go elsewhere, they don't need my business!

The guys by the shell must work on their behaviour with customers man you don't answer back in a rude way to your customers and also work on their speed😒 inside the cashier was good unlike his coworkers

Best Service, I am a loyal Shell customer and in terms of great service Shell Sunninghill takes the cup! Friendly and helpful staff, clean bathrooms and they have have the best coffee in town!
