Great... Staff always very helpful Always very busy. Feel they can change the express till arrangement. Tellers sit with their backs to the Q. Surely not the Ideal situation for the staff to have to break their necks to see the customer and not a friendly welcoming way to meet your customer either.

Went to buy a bicycle, only to find this. Staff just walking past without rectifying product displays. Overall store look is very nice.

Large variety of groceries, fresh produce, household and gardening items for sale. In-store pharmacy also available. There is some delay at check out, but should not take longer than 5-15 minutes. Depending on day of the week and time of day. There are a few other shops in the complex, which makes it ideal for end of month shopping. Wide aisles and wheel chair accesible. Atm's are also available on the premises.

Absolutely terrible service.... No cashiers at till points waiter 30min to pay for 10 items.... RINA is suppose to be the front floor manager but has no clue what her job entails... When asked her to open more tills her reply was... WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO... ABSOLUTELY USELESS CHECKERS!

Way to busy. Cues are always hectic. Not enough tellers. Also can't help if the 60/60 order was messed up. Stock on shelves but doesn't deliver. Money took two weeks to be repaid.

The new upgraded shopping experience is great! However the tills are mostly slow. Still my favourite family store to shop at with great prices.

Very convenient, there's Ackermans,Pep,Tasko sweets,medirite pharmacy, a vape store,a perfume and nail equipment shop,Wimpy,Fish n Chips, Pie City, an optometrist and Crazy store in the same area. There are ATMs also like Capitec,Absa, Standard Bank,FNB and Nedbank. To top it off there's a petrol station and KFC in the same complex.

The store is super clean , a perfect place to do your thorough shopping. Great value for money.Didnt expect anything less Checkers always delivers

This is one of my favorite place to buy my groceries, clean, safe and very friendly environment.

I love the store. It has kept one of the best qualities of standard, the food selection is always up to date. Customer service is always friendly and speedy.

Overall a good experience. I would like Management to manage cashiers better to ensure waiting times are not so long especially on long weekends and school holidays. However good solid variety of goods and it is clean and neat.

This review is targeted towards this specific store and not checkers as a whole. The employees are incredibly rude .Those 60/60 shoppers will be racing around the Isle with no regard for others . They block off the entire Isle with their shopping carts and will grunt when asked to move aside. Cashiers are a mixed bag , some are pleasant to interact with ,while others won't pack your items for you in the express lane.

Staff has got terrible attitudes...... Don't great or care about the client - would rather talk to the cashier next to her.... Also bought a tray of eggs "ON SPECIAL" just to find more than half the tray is rotten 🤢.... I will for sure never go there again!!!!!!

Great selection. Only problem is the lack of cashiers. Going there between 11am and 1pm is a bad idea. It's like all the staff take lunch hour at the same time.

Good grouping of products floor is always clean. No funny odours even around the fish. All you can ask for in a one stop shop

Good and friendly shopping environment, quite spacious in and out, well behaved car guards and till operators. Well maintained shelves and clean floors and well-priced stock in general. Keep it up and may the Lord keep you strong and bless you all abundantly.

One stop shop except for soda stream water bottles been ou of stock for the last year or so and nobody bother to contact you and just keep you updated to busy sitting behind te counter and i must say i think it must be hard work it takes tem another 10 min to get up with that look on the face 'how dare you come here and disturb my peace '' i looked for a job i got one now I'm here only looking for my money. But while they sit there's only 5 counters open and the clients must suffer. I mean its not like we pay their salaries they mos get paid by chekers if spent a good deel of my time there but no mor whent to President Hyper good quality stuf and a fully qualified maned counter. But like all things in life there is a downside there fruit does not last the week ore a couple of days

This place is really great but lacks years of repeated repeat long queus despite mamy tills not being open. Many complaints to tje store manager has been raised to have more tills open to reduce the long waits bit to no avail. If you dont mind waiting in long queus I suppose this will work

Standing in long queue at money market, only 1 cashier. Long queues at till points because there's just a few cashiers. Complains to the manager felt on death ears. Staff looks like they are always on slow strike

You get almost everything you need. Only some of the tellers who are not friendly, especially in the morning. Also they should put more tellers in the morning, as we are rushing to work.

I use the Checkers Hyper to purchase every-day-items and to pay some bills. Post Office is also useful. Checkers Hyper Arcon has these useful services and it's near me.

Friendly Non-racial Staff, with exstra security gaurd. Prices is cheap. Good access for disable people. But no easy access for disable people to the Toilets. Lost of parking, both sides of building.

Always a pleasure to shop at. Produce is generally always fresh, always clean and prices definitely worth a check. My only concerns is the meat price and quality, found better at other shops, and a couple times I've smelt something "fishy" at the fish counters near the bakery. But overall, exceptionally well stocked. Just wish the staff would be more helpful than be sitting chatting to friends...
