This store location was very unorganized, and dirty. The worker Trent, is absolutely useless.. can’t handle his job there. No greeting to the store, no hey how are you when up at the register. Not only that, but the kid never put the game in the case.. you have one job when someone purchases a used game…. PUT THE GAME IN THE CASE… now trying to get the game has been over a week long process of going absolutely no where.. saying it’s getting shipped to a local store, to that store saying they had no idea of anything.. to now being told some district manager has it and will drop it off. It’s been days since then and still no game, no contact.. Between them making me call and figure it out on my own and just this whole process, I know I definitely will never be going back to a game stop, Especially this location!

i went in today to do a trade in and luis helped me. he was so rude it was ridiculous. he was trying to figure out the trade in and i mentioned that my fiancé used to work at gamestop and could help if needed. he snapped on me and told me i could go elsewhere. i did nothing wrong and he told me i had an attitude problem when all i did was try and help. he took whatever mood he had out on me and ruined my experience at gamestop. he is rude and snotty and i won’t be returning to that location

Each time I come to this Game Stop I have nothing but bad experiences with the employees. This time I purchased a Funko Pop that's was released in 2021, I noticed some Funko Pop's had 'new' or 'used' stickers on them so I asked the man behind the counter if the Funko Pop was used. The man laughed followed along with a scoff and a eye roll and said 'Why would you even ask that?' He sounded offended that I was just wondering if this Funko Pop was a 'trade in' or 'brand new'. I explained to him that there were Funko Pops that had 'new' and 'used' stickers on them and that this Funko was released in 2021 and I wanted to know if it was used or not, I collect Funko's and I didn't mind if it was used or not I was just curious. The guy didn't even give me a straight answer if it was or not new as he was trying to defend that these were collectables and they shouldn't have stickers on them to begin with because people like to keep them in the box. Right, I'm one of those people. I did purchase the item because like I stated, didn't mind if it was used or not it was in good condition its just it was released in 2021, had a new 'gamestop' exclusive sticker which is different from the old ones. So, again, didn't get a straight answer, dude was a bit rude about my curiosity and won't be coming back to this Game S top again. It's like they laugh at customers that are actually trying to ask questions and understand the item of the product they're about to purchase. Dude was even rude to the customers in front of me asking for an item to be taken down from the top shelf.

It was a nice and big gamestop but the wall was a bit messy and things were on the floor, other than that I did find some stuff I wanted and they do have a good variety of things.

Good people and quick service. You can't really go wrong. They always have a decent stock and don't try to really sell you more than you need

I really don’t go to game stop much but my Husband does we have never had such rude service. We seemed like an inconvenience to the one staff member name Luis. If that’s the service they provide now days not even worth going. Could not even be helped to get a game system so I finally just walked out and went to the Gurnee game stop.

Better selection than the other location outside the mall.
