This restaurant doesn’t qualify to receive any star rating this restaurant is a horrible place to dine I do not recommend dining in this restaurant there are cockroaches, mice all over the kitchen area as I was using the bathroom. I will be reporting this to the department of public health this place needs to be shut down completely. I wouldn’t be surprised if there soup was infected by these Rodents. Server Austin was a very rude waitress And has no manners. I was dining in and ordered their all you can eat and as soon as It hit 9pm Austin had asked my family with small kids “you need to leave” what type of restaurant operation does this place run. After we had paid for our meals (bill was $200+) total of 6. Prior to us arriving which was 8:15pm this restaurant should of told us that their door closes at 9pm so that way we could of looked else where to spend our money. After coming home my stomach started feeling sick to the point I had stomach flu. Again after seeing Cockroaches, fruit flies, and mice I wouldn’t be surprise what they put in their food. With covid still going on ..this place doesn’t Sanitize and Obviously this place is Filthy as ever. 110% I do not recommend this hot pot delights at all to anybody STAY AWAY if you do NOT want to stomach flu the next day!!! Austin - you’re a horrible, RUDE and disrespectful human being. You should be shame that of yourself especially kicking out small kids while they still had food in their mouth. What restaurant does that!? Again, I will be reporting this to the Department of Public Health ….this place needs to be shut down.

Food didn’t seem fresh, some of our veggies weren’t washed and rinsed, had debris on them. Ramen ordered off of the all you can eat menu was literally just instant ramen that you had to boil in the broth. Very low quality food all together. I went with one other person (2 people total) and at the end they tried charging us an automatic 18% gratuity, even though we weren’t a party of 6. Weird atmosphere all together, it’s a Mexican restaurant, hot pot restaurant, bar, and slots mecca. Really odd. Would not come back.

I cannot and will not recommend this place. We barely saw our original server, and when we kept calling one, they would keep walking, pretending they didn't hear us. The 15% tip was already built in the bill for my little family of 3 (my 6 yo daughter in the mix, 2 adults). Auto gratuity is for 6 people or more. TIPS ARE VOLUNTARY!!! Of course I would have happily tipped even with the least minimal effort given service is no easy tending, but there was none of that here! This later dawned on us for their horrible, non attentive service of why the tip was added involuntarily! No way they were giving you any of their time and day. Mind you, they are already way overpriced for what they offer (nothing special)! Don't waste a nice night out with your family here.

I ate hot pot in this place yesterday, this place needs to be closed forever, not only the service is bad and I started to have diarrhea today, first of all, the food is not fresh, the seasoning is not fresh, last night when I slept, I began to vomit, because the food is too dirty to digest, this is just terrible, is it OK for the restaurant to open? Not only does the stomach hurt, but the seasoning vegetables are not fresh, look like they've been there for days, and the table tops are dirty and unwashed and unsanitized!!! In all my time in America, this is the only restaurant where I was so angry that I wrote reviews and made me physically sick! They also automatically charge a 15% tip, which they don't deserve!

It's super exciting to have Chinese hot pot close to home instead of just in Chinatown! The all you can eat portions are very generous (so don't go nuts like we did and order tons of fish/vegetables). You'll definitely leave feeling very full. We love the nice thick cuts of meat! The inclusion of some side dishes and a sweet fried dough was also a nice touch for appetizers/dessert. Wonderful and attentive service with a nice low-key atmosphere = this is my our new suburban hot pot place! Update: Have returned to Hot Pot Delight a few times now, and happy to report that the food and service are above average every time. They've even added a self-service sauce bar so you can mix your own sauces! Five stars as always, really love this place.

It was a great place to have a hot pot! Although they don't have much option of soup and meats the taste was really amazing. We tried taste of both worlds and some lamb, beef and sea food. The taste, quality, quantity and presentation was nice. The option of sauces was good and very falvorful. Overall good service, kind staff and nice food.

Always had good experience here, one of my goto spots for hotpot. Have to give a 1 star review on my last visit. The server/host automatically added 15% gratuity on our bill with 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). I usually use cash for gratuity so this is uncalled for, the automatic gratuity I believe is for 6 or more and its 20%. This guy is not the normal person serving hot pot section, it is usually staffed by Asians. The place was not busy as we are the only ones eating on hot pot area. Anyway just hope the owners are aware.

Horrible experience. Food was just OK. **BEWARE OF THE 18% GRATUITY FOR PARTIES OF 2 OR MORE** There were multiple reasons why our experience was undesirable. 1 - We ordered the "All you can eat" hot pot. You have the option to order up to three rounds but we both only ordered one round as the amount served was plenty. Nothing was ordered in excess and we mostly ordered vegetables with one meat selection. 2 - We ordered the spicy broth and I love very spicy food. This was beyond spicy so I expressed this to the waitress. She offered to add some regular broth but I declined because that would not even help being it was beyond tolerable. Then then finally brought a new broth but warned it was a one time concession. I guess they considered that to be generous but it's literally water with flavor so I am not seeing how the generosity. I literally picked out the hot peppers and there were about 40+ in addition to hot oil so that is more than excessive 3 - Being we did not finish our soup, we requested to take the remaining home. The waitress told us this was not an option as we selected the "all you can eat" option. No where did it state you cannot do so but there was something indicating there was a $30 charge for having excessive leftovers. This was not the case, yet we were still denied a to go container. We then asked the server what she will do with the remaining and she simply stated "toss it in the trash". I said you would rather trash it than have me take it home; she walked to get our check, placed it on the table and never returned. 4 - I looked at the check and it was just under $100. I was a bit puzzled so I began reviewing it. A soft drink was $4, tax did not list the percentage but it was approximately 11% from my calculation. and there was an 18% gratuity added. I then questioned it with the man who came to the table. He then took the bill and returned it to me with the gratuity fee removed. The waitress barely did anything and certainly did not deserve 18% gratuity. I have always tipped 20% or more when dining out but this was an exception to my rule. The waitress made no effort to please the customer. Quite frankly, she seemed quite bothered to have customers. I knew it should have been a sign that there were only two other tables occupied when we arrived and no one else came while we were there. In today's economy, choosing to toss food in the trash rather than give it to the customer is absurd. Also it is clear why it is not busy because of the way they treat the customers. I never mind paying for good food and service but I refuse to spend money in establishments that don't appreciate customers. Lastly, how is it possible for a manager to not know what tax percentage they are charging. Being the receipt did not state the percentage, it leads me to believe that they are adding some fluff to it and pocketing it. Very suspicious.

Food quality is okay. I heard soup taste different depends on the day.. Today it taste really light. Waiter was really nice but while we are cooking the heating table, it's broke. It did not heat up the soup any more, we moved table middle of eating. We moved table in front of the room and everytime people come in the wind was really cold:( did make me feel not want to stay longer..

I come here a few days a week, I've never gotten sick from their food. (The other reviews sound like they are blaming them although they probably eat taco bell willingly) The wait staff is incredibly nice and I don't even need to get a menu because they always remember my order. 10/10 and great prices

We really enjoy this place. We visit often. We miss the old menu choices they had and the seasoning they use to have in the broth. We have to season it ourselves at the table with stuff from the sauce bar. Plus, we miss the old cheaper bottles of wine. A year or two ago, I would have gave it a 6 star rating!

The food was pretty good. Better than we expected, because the place was 5/10 in terms of cleanliness. We were the only people there when they opened and yet, it took forever for us to be served and waited on. I'm seeing other reviews about cleanliness and now I'm disturbed that I ate here and will not be returning.

All the ingredients were very fresh and the hotpot was tasty. The staff were very nice and laid back, as was the atmosphere. We thought the all you can eat menu was an excellent value. There's nothing super crazy here, just a well executed hot pot.

The restaurant is exceptionally clean and boasts of courteous service. The portion sizes are generous as we found ourselves unable to finish our meals during our three visits with friends and family. The food is consistently fresh and of excellent quality. I wish the restaurant good luck in expanding their business.

I am here from out of town and stopped in. I can honestly say one of the best hot pots that I have had. The portion sizes were excellent a great bang for the buck. The service was great as well. The staff allowed you to sit and enjoy your meal. I will be back when I am in town.

Great little local place for delicious hot pot! Reasonable price for all you can eat. Nice and clean restaurant and washroom! And they have bubble tea as well!

All around terrible experience. As we entered there was no waiter in sight and majority of tables were filthy, 5/6 tables were yet to be cleaned after unknown hours and not properly sanitized. Waiter was rude. Bubbles tea was not good. There was something unnaturally crunchy in the broth. 18% gratuity already included.

I do love Hot Pot Delight. Love the food and love the concept of the hot pot. Staff is friendly and they are diligent with the customers. I can't give the 5th star, however, because the condiment bar needs work and they do need to keep an eye on the plates. Truth, when I went to the bar to get the plates for the condiments, some had not been washed well and the way they were setup made me question if those where the clean plates we were supposed to use. I would suggest investing some money on setting up a bar that looks more appetizing and where the plates can be displayed better. I will say, though, that I do love the condiments on that bar. Love it! ...but not quite making the 5th star.

It was my first time going to any hot pot but I enjoyed it. The selections of protein and veggies also the noodles you can try and eat tons of things and I'm sure there is something for everyone here

The food was AMAZING!! It wasn't very expensive, and tastes great. There's a wide variety of food, and there's many vegetarian, vegan, and or pescatarian options. If you come on early, there's no rush, but don't come in near 9, as you will be rushed. Its A very nice charming place. Would 100% recommend !!

People visiting this place for the first time should know that the spicy soup broth they have is SUPER spicy that can make your stomach hurt the next day. I hope they have spicy levels that we can chose from. Other than that, they have amazing pot stickers, fresh vegetables & meats.
