    Brought my car in for a scheduled service. Received a call stating nearly $3000 of work was recommended. Many of the things being recommended had been taken care of elsewhere within the last 7 months (new battery, spark plugs, brakes, tires). All of these were recommended to be done. No technician bothered to look at the car to see what was needed. They simply looked at s printout from the last time my car was in and recommended many things to be done that should never have been recommended. Completely a scam and trying to just make extra $ off their customers. Beware of anything recommended by this dealership.

    I initially encountered this dealership last year and my experience was very poor. I decided to give them another chance and Wow. What a difference. I was greeted and treated with so much respect from the time I drove up until the time I departed. The prices were fair and explained. My service person Jason was amazing!!!! 10 Stars to him for excellent service. !!!!! Mercedes Benz of Orland did the right thing when they hired him. I had to work virtual while waiting on my car and the service manager gave me an empty work area to use so that ai could work. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Orland Park you have earned my business. My next Benz will be purchased from them. Usually dealership are not kind when you did not get your vehicle from them. I had this experience with a Jeep dealership. But they never asked where I purchased my vehicle they just serviced me with a smile 😃

    The service was excellent and the team is very knowledgeable. Andrew went above and beyond to show me multiple models I might be interested in. He listened and understood what I was looking for and found me something that checked every box I needed. The test drive with Rick was the best I have experienced. I learned an extensive amount about what the vehicle could do, which enabled me to make a well-informed purchase. The finance team worked with me well and the team responsible for getting me set up with the car walked me through everything for 45 minutes. Looking forward to future purchases!

    I bought my first Mercedes Benz here. I called to inquire about a GLC 300 4MATIC that I saw on the website. Mr. Greg Comer was fantastic. He made the purchase experience easy and fun. He was honest, polite, and paired me with a car that’s beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you, Mr. Comer!

    I was unhappy with the service department and it seems that they don't have enough knowledge about their own place. I took my 2022 AMG E53 for service and bumper body damage. I was told it would be around $850 for the bumper by service guy named Steve. We even discussed if insurance covers it or not and they suggested it's best to get it fixed out of pocket and I agreed to it and after two weeks of my car in the shop it was not fixed. I was extremely upset about it as I was driving a C300 for those two weeks which has nothing compared to my car so it was an inconvenience for me but I could care less about that. My main frustration is that Steve was supposed to call me back in a couple of days to update me on the car which never happened and after about a week. I called back and couldn't get a hold of Steve and still no call back from Steve. Then finally after 2 weeks I get a call from some random person from the dealership telling me my car is fixed and ready for pickup and it wasn't. The next day I spoke to Randy the service manager and he informs me that they don't even fix their own cars for body damage. This could have been informed to me when I took the car in for service. Peter in service department seems to be much better as customer service and detail oriented than Steve and I would more than likely suggest you talk to him if you go to Orland park location. I know I won't be ordering another Mercedes in future as I have had better experience at a subaru than here. Not just this Orland park location but also the Northbrook location seems to not be able to check the car if something they replaced works. One of the speaker tweeters stopped working after just a few months and they replaced it and the lights didn't work on the tweeter after they replaced it and didn't test it to see if it functions ??!? What! This is my first and probably last Mercedes. Thank you Zo.

    The best car shopping experience ever. Cameron made this process exceptionally smooth. I called and explained my needs, told him i had a terrible headache and would like to complete as much as i could via phone and email. The only thing i wanted to do was come in and sign papers. I did just that!! Came in gave him my ID and insurance and signed my paperwork. Cameron is the BEST!!!

    I stopped in some Mercedes. I believe it was about last year and spoke to a sales associate name ricardo Is a k a rick Is super knowledgeable down to earth great guy Had to wait a little bit till. I was ready but came back two days ago and purchased a new s five eighty mercedes and could not be happier with the service the quality of the dealership And just the overall experience highly recommend This specific location and ask for rick

    here is my review, I have been looking for such a conscientious dealer for a very long time, I highly recommend this dealer, I bought a Mercedes E300, an excellent individual approach to the client, the car is in excellent condition, they do not cheat and do not load the price too much, special thanks to Tom and the manager of this dealership.

    My first experience shopping for a Benz was amazing. Nick Garvey answered any questions I had, took his time, & allowed me to make the best decision! I’m so grateful for him. Then I have to add a comment about James. I already was approved with another credit union. He said I can get you a better interest rate & he did! Great experience working with these two gentlemen helping me find what I truly wanted.

    I've been dealing with MB Orland Park since moving into the area in 2012, when I needed my 2010 C300 serviced. I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of their service department, there was no thought of going elsewhere when the time came for a new car. I have been dealing with Nick Garvey since the time came to look at replacing my 2010 C300, and have worked with him through multiple leases - my experiences with him have been truly exceptional, without exception. From helping me to consider varying options regarding my lease situation, providing me with a variety of alternatives, to finding a workable solution that satisfies my needs, he's been top notch. He is highly efficient, and has been able to provide me with updated information based on my questions or "what if" scenarios very quickly, resulting in visits to a car dealer that were actually enjoyable - imagine that! Overall, a superlative experience at a superlative dealership. Cannot recommend enough!

    My experience was better than my previous experience at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. Jason was very friendly and timely in assisting me. I found him to be an asset to your company. Even though my replacement tire was not available, he improvised, in order to get me back on the streets in a safe manner until my tire was in stock.

    I was in for a new battery and my soft top would not go up. Peter stressed the importance of a new battery and I requested manually lifting the top for the winter and addressing it in the spring if the battery did not align with fixing the soft top problem. Peter heard me and there was no pressure. I felt secure in working with Peter. My impression of Peter is the concern and integrity he has is very sincere and trustworthy. He kept in touch with me throughout the process. I like to thank David as well. The process of the loaner was very easy and professional. . Mercedes of Orland is the best stress free dealership ever!

    Domenico Has been so accommodating each time I’ve come to him. He’s always give above and beyond to make sure me and my family are taken care of right away with always answering when we need him, answering all questions in great detail and always makes sure we leave with no problems. Highly recommend asking for him when going in for service. Trust me you’ll never go back to anyone else.

    Personnel greets you with friendly smiles and a “ready to assist you” attitude. They make you feel sure that your vehicle is in good hands. Everything is explained in detail so there are no surprises. The customer lounge is comfortable and complimentary drinks and snacks are provided. Your vehicle is returned with a complimentary wash, ready for you to have an enjoyable drive. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park is a 5 STAR dealership.

    I’m grateful for making arrangements for a loaner when I made my appointment for service. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning. The part needed for the repair had to be ordered. The service representative called to make me aware of the situation and no worries about keeping the loaner until my car was ready. The representative called Friday around 4pm, but I could pick my car the next day, Saturday morning. I was pleased that my car was washed and vacuumed and the service work was done.

    Mercedes of Orland exhibited exceptional customer service when I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Not only did they perform the service; they saved me money when other dealerships were trying to charge me more. While there I communicated that I experienced an issue with the spoiler on my vehicle. Their thoroughness in investigating that issue not only solved the problem but they also discovered an issue with my starter battery that was covered under warranty which more than likely would not have been found until after my car warranty expired. I am extremely happy I decided to bring my vehicle to Orland and I will continue to do so.

    We absolutely enjoyed working with Al, to get the car we wanted . We were in search for the Sprinter crew van for couple of months. Finally , Al found us the car we were looking, at a reasonable price. Al is very knowledgeable, with great customers skills. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very approachable.

    Bill Harris was my sales person he was amazing he took his time with me. He listened to what I wanted and got me a 2020 glc truck fully loaded. He is the best car salesmen. Fields Mercedes Benz of Orland gets a 100 stars from me. What an amazing experience.

    I took my 2010 C300 in for a recall on the passenger side and driver side airbags and they replaced them within 2days and provided me with a beautiful loner car (cl250) that I can use while the mine was in the shop for two days. My service writer by the name of Eric was very polite and courteous and took care of the situation for me not to mention the porter Eddie that had my car washed and the wheels cleaned and interior windshield washed. Jessica scheduled at the appointment for me and was very supportive and kept in good communication contact with me. I highly recommend this dealership for anybody that needs service for repairs for their car.

    OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP!! They made purchasing my vehicle an absolute pleasure! They are a very transparent and a no pressure dealership. My salesperson Sam was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to show me everything about the vehicle. He made sure that the car was detailed, programmed the garage door opener, located the spare key, and I even drove away with a full tank of gas!! The finance department was great as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

    My wife and I were traveling from North Carolina on a 3 week trip up Michigan, down Wisconsin, through Chicago, to Nashville, then back home to Oak Island, NC. When we were going through Chicago, our 2017 Sprinter 3500 experienced major mechanical issues which consisted of the ABS, tire, and skidding vehicle warning lights. The wheels of the vehicle tried to lock at one point and the “!” warning light came on. Thankfully, we were only 8 miles from the Orland Park Mercedes dealership when this occurred. We were able to make it to the dealership and spoke with the service managers (Matt and Tim). Even though they had a full schedule of Sprinters to service for the remainder of the week, they went out of their way to squeeze us in (without an appointment) so we could resume our trip. The technicians were able to fix our vehicle and got us back on the road to enjoy our vacation! The service your team provided is why the Mercedes brand is so strong. They were empathetic to our situation and went over and above to help us. We are so very thankful to the team...they saved our vacation! With sincere appreciation of Matt and Tim, and their entire team.

    I had been to this location maybe twice before and the representatives that I worked with was not so customer oriented. However, I will say that I absolutely loved Eric! His disposition was very positive and considerably informative with what I was responsible to pay for and what was covered under my warranty. The wait to get everything done was some what lengthy and I’m usually an impatient person, but I appreciated Erics’ customer service so I was good with the wait! A great visit for me!

Tens across the board for a very kind & beautiful professional from the concierge department both inside & out by the name of Ms. Julia L who went above & beyond the call of duty helping me to navigate somethings as it relates to my car! Also, initially I had an awesome encounter with a guy in the service department by the name of Dawson! This young man wears hospitality very well! I just can appreciate professionalism the way he serves it up every time! Such a great asset to Mercedes as well as my cashier by the name of Jackie!! Thank you Jackie for being amazing, friendly, professional & patient! Thank you Mercedes for hiring such great professionals!     I had excellent service from start to finish! Very quick and efficient .My sales representative Samuel made the process very smooth and effortless. Alex the sales manager came out and introduced himself and made sure all my needs were being met. The finance department was a breeze! When I was all done with my paperwork Samuel made sure to help me set up my APP and went Went over the vehicle with me in fine detail . I went in not having much knowledge on the Brand and left totally knowing all the ins and outs of my new purchase! The whole staff was very friendly and inviting. Very please with my over all experience with Fields Mercedes-Benz. Thank you for making buying a new car such a great experience!
