Great customer service. Thank you for your assistance with a product return. And the self-service dog wash is amazing. They do have groomers and very affordable grooming service, but we decided to wash our dog in the dog wash tub and it was easy (albeit wet). I do recommend bringing your own towels and dog brush.

a great and affordable place to get your dog groomed. alex was super friendly and did a fantastic job on my chihuahua! he gave me exactly what i asked for and made my dog look super handsome instead of looking like a rat dog. he also gave me some great advice on how to keep my dogs coat healthy. additionally, my dog has high anxiety and is kinda aggressive and alex did a wonderful job taking care of him. they did forget to give him a bandana, but no biggie! i definitely will be going to pet supplies plus instead of my usual groomer.

I ordered at this location for pick up at 2pm and never received a ready for pick up email so I called the store. When I called a young man answered and I explained the situation and he spoke to his manager, the young man returns to the call and tells me they had JUST received my order…at 6pm? Not sure if that is true or not but I did get the “order confirmation” when I placed it. Minutes after our call they called back to let me know it was ready for pick up. Though they did give me a training treat for free (which I appreciate) I think they should communicate more with the customer.

Danielle helped me out today. She was amazing she knew all the ins and outs to caring for your pets. She knew exactly what I needed and she gave me tips to help care for my pet. Definitely coming back to this store, make sure you ask for Danielle.

I have taken my anxious dog to get her nails cut before without issue. However, today there was a younger male employee who tried to cut her nails. He seemed to have almost no experience and pulled my dog's hind legs behind her (like towards her tail) to cut them which freaked her out. He then tried to hold her tightly while doing this which made her more uneasy. The other groomers tried to help by cutting her nails by holding her paws in the front to trim, but she was too anxious and they couldn't finish. The male employee then suggested I have my dogs nails cut under general anesthesia. I wasnt charged and one of the female groomers recommended I come back tomorrow so they could finish. Not coming back. I have never had issues here before...just don't want anyone else to have to got through this and would be cautious who cuts your dog's nails here.

I love this place and so does my pup! We specially go here for him to get a bath so that my bathtub doesn't get all clogged up and we leave clean and happy. I highly recommend this place!!!

I want to give a personal shout-out to employee John. I was at the store just to restock on my fur-baby's food, but it was all the way on the top shelf! I asked John to help me, he grabbed the bag, carried it to checkout for me, and then offered to carry it to my vehicle for me! It was so kind and such a huge help, especially since I had my pup with me. This is not the first time I have been here and had great customer service and friendly employees, but John went above and beyond! Much appreciated. Definitely the best pet store in the local area.

My fur baby needed a last minute bath and the groomers took him in right away! Jose was amazing and did such a great job. My dog has bad anxiety but Jose did really good with him and my dog loved him!

I had the best experience at this location, I came in with a new kitten I just rescued not knowing we’re to even begin. That’s when Emilio asked if I needed help and proceeded with the most exceptional service I’ve ever had. He was with me from the beginning of my shopping journey all the way to checkout and helping me to my car. He answered all my questioned and showed me where everything is. If he didn’t know the answer he went out of his way to look it up online to help me. The ladies at the registers were also very nice and sweet. I have been coming to your location for years and the employees will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you again Emilio!

I took my Morkie here for the first time and was very surprised at how the groomer lied to me I had called to see if my Dog was ready after she was there for 2 hours and they kept saying 10 more minutes. So I waited and no it was another hour so I decided to go in they had not even started on my Baby she was just finishing up a dog 4 hours when I had an 11:30 appointment she rushed and got my Dog and began to cut her hair she nipped her neck which I had not noticed until I got home. When I called the next day to report it the manager said they would call me back. Never got a follow-up call. Don't take your pets here they don't have experience groomers. And I had to take my dog to the vet for $160.00 due to them hurting my dog.

Decent selection of dog toys, many of which were on sale. However, disappointing selection of dog collars, leashes, crates, beds, etc. Just got a new puppy, went here because it was one of the only places that carried food brand he was already on.

You can bring your dog here to give them a bath! Edit: we only used 2 washes out of the 5 that were purchased. This guy named Jon said he couldn't help us look up any name or number to figure out that we paid 40$ for 5 washes. They pretty much told us to leave and that they didn't care. That's how you treat your customers? None of them bothered to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get my dog romeya washed. Poor thing needed a bath and now we are struggling to get her a bath.

This place is the best! We take our dog here for grooming. The groomers are not only dog-friendly, they are people-friendly as well. They will work with you, are polite and get the job done when they say they will. After being disappointed by some other grooming places - this is definitely a breath of fresh air and our permanent grooming place.

I usually go to the Evanston location for my pups grooming, but the groomer left so it was my first time at this location. The ladies were very nice and attentive, I got exactly what I asked for regarding the way I wanted my pups hair cut. Only thing I would say is that it took a little longer than what I’m used to. I definitely will be coming back!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just recently purchased a beta fish from this place and they told me to not get water conditioner to make the water safe for the beta fish. He said that the water in the area is safe for them. The cashier who told me this was a younger man, I don't remember his name. Now, my beta fish has ick due to the water. Hopefully we can fix this with treatment but I am really disappointed that this place gave me terrible advice. I went to another pet store to get the treatment and they said the water in the area is absolutely not okay for the fish.

First visit at this location. The DP store is down the street from us, but doesn't have a dog wash. Purchased the 5 for $25 wash card, which is a good deal when you have a large dog (our washes averaged $13 at an outdoor dog wash in TX). Friendly staff, lots of products in the store. But, the aisles are tight with a large dog.

We just got a puppy and had to get the same puppy food he has been eating. I went to Petco and Petsmart and neither of them had the food or knew where to get it. I was about to order it on Amazon when I thought about calling Pet Supplies Plus. They said they had the food and would put it on hold for me. They were so accommodating and friendly on the phone and in the store. I also got their card and received a discount on the food! It was cheaper than Amazon and I got it right away! Definitely will be coming here over the bigger stores!

I'm here, and I'm so disappointed that I see everything so dirty, they are where the birds/fish and ferrets are is disgusting 😪 the water that the ferrets have looks like mud. Their food has a lot of Flys. There's even cricket's on the floor. Once I got to the isles there's a lot of spider webs where the dog food is..

I’ve been taking my dog for grooming at this location for few years, while Cynthia work there and she was my dog groomer for a longest. When she left this location i switched to Rachel, and first 2 visits went ok. Today i took my dog for grooming and it wasn’t good at all. I pay $72 for full spa/grooming but guess what they only cut his hair , and cut his nails very poorly cut. And to be worse Rachel had other employee take care of my dog not even asking for my permission and she knows that he’s only comfortable around her. Very disappointed!!!!
